Disgusted .Took my money then gave me rubbish about chasing suppliers for months.I phoned & asked for refund but was told I would not have to wait long then 10 days later they stopped trading & I’m out of pocket £532.00 .Absolutely disgusting to do that to me when you could have been honest with me .So much for loyalty .Bang out of order.Mr Brown
F.R Jones are now in administration
I put in a order and got the stuff ordered in a drip drip delivery over a month to get anything.
The company as now gone into administration as from Monday 26th June according to their website.
Do NOT let them take any money due from your account. You may be able to contact your credit/debit card provider with a view to making a chargeback claim for the effective sums outstanding. Please contact your card issuer as soon as you can if this may apply to you. Further information including on time limits that apply is available from UK Finance website.

Machine wouldn't start,sent it back through their courier and still waiting 3 weeks later for refund ,never replied ro my emails ,would never use them again,had to buy a machine from elsewhere

Rumour has it they have filed bankrupt. Ive an outstanding order for 60 litres of Aspen 2 which should have been delivered last week, when I chased it , they suddenly they said it was not in stock even thought it was when i ordered. They are not answering emails, Web site and phones down.
Terrible Customer Service
Ordered a rotavator several weeks ago. Had to chase the order up but then received the item around a week later. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged but FR Jones were very quick to arrange for a new replacement to be delivered. The new rotavator was delivered on 8 June. Unfortunately, after using it 3 times, the tines stopped working, making the rotavator useless. We had the machine for only 9 days. I emailed FR Jones on 17 June and 19 June asking for a full refund and for them to arrange to collect the faulty machine. No response from them whatsoever. I have tried calling both of their sites but their telephone lines are down. I emailed again yesterday (25 June) but have received no response again so far today. Today, their website is now down too. Fortunately, I paid via PayPal so will be raising a case with them to ensure I get my money back. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

Left it a few weeks and still no update, in this time I had access to my account somehow removed?
Finally had enough so emailed to cancel the order.

Whole machine was covered in oil
The lawnmower was saturated in oil!!! It wasn’t the bottle provided as that was wrapped up in cellophane.
Luckily it started, but every cut and any flying grass sticks to machine , no matter how much its wiped down!
