Manager put the phone down on me

Manager put the phone down on me….

I was speaking to Emily apparently she a Customer Care Manager at Playojo and she put the phone down on me. I will be requesting this call to listened into by her superior as she was RUDE and terminated the call. Still waiting for pending withdrawal to be checked, it’s been 7 days plus as of now, absolutely disgusting behaviour and thats from their management team. Please note this is internal delay and nothing to do with banking system, when you request a withdrawal it goes into pending, this means approval is required from Ojo gaming partners, that’s what I been told, this should take 2-3 hours according to management, I been waiting 200 plus hours and still waiting. Another manager said it’s to do with bonus checks and to make sure it hasn’t been misused, I said I never taken any bonuses, they are full of excuses. Will report this to the governing body as speaking to Ojo is like speaking to a brick wall.
