Customer service is poor

Customer service is poor, they take too long to get back to you, up to 4 days in my case. You speak to a BOT at most times and then you ask to speak to a real person, they answer you when they feel even though the BOT says someone will be with you shortly or up to 6 hours to respond.

No verification required when you open your account, you can deposit with no verification, second deposit you need to verify your card details, when it comes to withdrawal request you need to verify your self i.e passport, they say 12-48 hours for verification but it took 4 days for the card to be verified which had to be escalate to be processed, gods know how long it will take to withdraw my funds. They put customers in a frustrated situation and make them gamble more. This site is not gamble safe!!!
