worst bank ever, they work with the scammers won't protect you

I got scammed multiple times using their card, each time they had an excuse not to help me file a transaction dispute, the most recent one was outrageous, they stayed silent for months after receiving information from me, then i had to chase them on it, they finally started working on it as if they previously forgot about the case, and they also kept needing me to repeat everything i already said MONTHS ago, i said i couldn't risk it because they had the information and I shouldn't re file it out of my thin memory today, they then tried not to process my case, each time I threatened to take them to financial ombudsman they took a step back, but eventually they still needed me to "make up" information for them to do their job, and once i gave them this information for the 100th time, they immediately came with outcome - cant be processed as passed 120days limit, that was a delay by their side and if they knew this was the case the whole time, why bugging me day in day out for weeks? With this I'm now asking for a final response so i cant sue them at the financial ombudsman, but these lawless bastas won't process my formal complaint

BEWARE OF SCAM

Paid £150 for a projector, 2 weeks later, seller raised the price 3fold, and told me they'd lost my parcel at the customs, lying that they dont have the same stock anymore and proposed a refund of £0 to system, I had to find out about it when I went to the customer service because this scam artist didn't reply to me for another week, their customer service agent told me about the dispute and i've since been unable to contact them ever, one time i somehow got to speak to the manager, they're saying they can't refund me because the seller's tracking number is still active, and then days later i received a tiny bag with a sponge inside and the postage label saying the item is "£6 a hoodie"

AMONGST the worst customer service ever, sweep aside the scam itself

Paid extra for express delivery and received nothing, not even a reply

Was in urgent need for coconut flours and ordered from them, they charged extra for a so called "one day delivery" and i waited 4 days and nothing arrived, and the delivery status magically marked as delivered, asked them why and they never got back to me

one of the worst bookies, not paying out won bets

i won a 5x1 bet builder at odd of 13, one of the leg was a player that didn't play so that leg was voided, all other legs won, yeah instead of paying me the £200 I won, Stakemate voided the whole bet builder bet, saying because 1 leg got voided, the whole bet doesn't count. So from minute 1 of the game, the bet lost because the player didn't play. I've always included voidable legs like Draw No Bet in bet builders and ACCAs, this is the first time i lost the whole bet for one voided section, I asked Stakemate to double check this decision, they confirmed it and said "it's not perfect now but will change it the future" so they agree it's wrong and I should be paid, but all they could do is award me a £5 free bet, LOL

uk has the worst postal service, royal mail doesn't deliver my parcel, and refuses to reply to my query and subsequent complaint about it, they just hold my items, and use a phone bot to block me out

They’re either a scam artist or are full of tech glitches

I’ll make this brief their system didn’t allow me to cash out a lost bet during in-play, because a goal was being scored but they allowed me to cashout a won bet, this alone is dishonest

And they secretly changed my inplay betting from over 5.5 cards to over 6.5 which is a lot of harder, I won anyway as there was 7 cards shown by every football page including their own, but they still settled my bet as loss

I’ve now missed out on won prizes and my starting stake money, KWIFF has to be a scam company unless they own up to their series of tech issues

You placed a series of bets on El Clasico. You successfully cashed out of some that were losing, some that were winning. We don't have a system that actively stops certain bets being cashed out. There's no dishonesty here and it's actually better for us if you have the option to cash out of your bet at any point.

Your next comment is harmful. Neither us, nor our system, has any ability to change the bet you have selected. We can see your complaint to our staff is a different one - this time that you were too slow to bet on the 5.5 line and this annoyed you. We also note that one of the cards in this match was given to a player not on the pitch, which does not count as per our betting rules, and also does not count at any other typical operator.

dirty cheats, they do anything to avoid paying you for delays and cancellations

have had enough after my 8th claim getting rejected again for no reason/ lies, rejected for train being delayed for only 27 minutes, that's enough to pay a compensation but they rejected and didn't let me appeal, and then they also lied about train delayed for just 1 minute, and now they're tweaking their claim system so you cant put your entire journey so you can't choose your actual journeys, if you enter just the affected journey that's also a rejection, their repay system is invincible

Scam business

It’s okay that they overcharge for their food, but last week I tried to redeem the free items I earned via loyalty program, told the staff that at the door and they said it’s ok and took order for that, and then turned out I couldn’t redeem the item because there’d be a minimum spend that wasn’t mentioned by the staff, and they told me to add more item, I did that and still couldn’t use it, they had no idea why but they wanted me to still pay for the bills anyway and then hopefully customer service would refund me when I reach out afterward, I told them I wasn’t interested in paying what I didn’t agree and liaising with customer service, they could do speak to their own customer service instead of wasting my time and energy, so I stood up and got ready to leave without having any food, but they tried to physically detain me and followed me on the street whilst screaming “this guy second time walking out without paying for his food”, super random scene being caused there and people from my company saw it too, I didn’t deserve this embarrassment so I wrote a complaint to Wagamama headquarters asking for an apology, but these genius people told the same staff to reach out to me to and sent me an email asking me to call them

48 days and they're not paying me nor replying to me

my case has been a "top priority" case for a month and i still haven't got any emails from them, the only emails they sent me were the repeating ones asking for documents i had provided already.

so if you want to earn cashback from their site
1) be prepared to wait for 2 months minimum
2) provide your ID, driver license, passport, tenancy agreement, bank statement, payslips etc, without these they can legally refuse to pay you what you earned with their service

Tesco agent made a grave mistake and caused me to sleep on the streets

I'm suffering from financial difficulties reported it to Tesco and was therefore previously on a 2 months payment holiday, but i decided to pay back everything to save my credit profile, so I came back from it but the agent FORGOT to unlock the card, I have £1800 worth of credit i'm not being able to use for this month, I was planning to live off this credit whilst I'm fighting my money problems, but Tesco came and made my situation 10x worse for me, their customer service after an hour long hold, could do nothing beside raising a complaint for me which was not helpful for my situation, I requested urgent and immediate money support from Tesco bank for this month and the agent could only request it for me saying there's no guarantee it'd be granted, and warned me that it may take up to EIGHT WHOPPING WEEKS before they reply to me. I'm completely screwed with potential HOMELESSNESS down the line, Tesco bank is responsible for all of this, I asked the agent to confirm every factual element of this situation in preparation for a legal case in the small claims court, however the agent acted like she was confused and then told me to MIND MY LANGUAGE when all i said was "Tesco bank F****ed me up" + hung up on me

guess what, for this period of not using my card due to their mistake, they're going to still charge me interest + fees for the service I'm not able to use

Also collecting passport copies and other legal documents from you for no reason too and claim “if you don’t provide these papers we don’t pay you” but they won’t end up paying anyway even if you do

beware if you use their card, when i got scammed they didn't let me file for transaction dispute, they wasted my time for hours on their hotline, and then ended up doing nothing, their agents won't understand you, they won't help you, they will hang up on you, so good luck using their card

to receive the cashback i earned, now they're making up a new rule that they first need my ID card and my bank statement before they will process it, so i provided that, but they're now asking for more documents, and won't progress each time i called, saying emails got stuck and everything, loads of excuses, they do anything but pay me
