48 days and they're not paying me nor replying to me

my case has been a "top priority" case for a month and i still haven't got any emails from them, the only emails they sent me were the repeating ones asking for documents i had provided already.

so if you want to earn cashback from their site
1) be prepared to wait for 2 months minimum
2) provide your ID, driver license, passport, tenancy agreement, bank statement, payslips etc, without these they can legally refuse to pay you what you earned with their service
