holds my money forever changing my payout day over and over again and not say anything, eventually i found out it's some "verification issue", they just keep holding your money until you forget about it

They after a whole week of investigating had to manually manage my payout to work around a glitch and they're not compensating my credit score loss and fines for late payments, shameless company

hid my money from me

asked them a month ago about my casino withdrawal, they asked for transfer info, and told me to wait patiently, but the money was already there, hidden in a currency wallet, had no idea my account had such a wallet thing, but anyway they didnt tell me anything about my money being there, so for a whole month i kept having to chase my casino for it, causing stress and money losses as i had to get the money elsewhere to fill this missing money, and then finally when i got the transfer details, they told me the money had been there even before I reached out to them for the very first time

sooooo bad for me

ordered a fan and Evri never delivering it, keeps asking for the same confirmation of address, such a waste of space, need the fan for the summer, and still not getting it when it's almost winter soon, asked for a reshippment, they said theyd give me the same discount, just needed to reorder and they'd give me the refund for the different in prices, but they refunded in credit, so my £20 cash is kidnapped and has to be spent back on them

Temu reply saying they work closely with Evri that's 100% not true, they indulge Evri's behaviour and have no idea how helpless their contact&chat bot services are

[BEWARE] NOT GETTING ANY OF WINNINGS, SUPER FISHY

not sure how this is legal but it's taken them a whole month to "process" my withdrawal now, basically saying different things every day, not answering my questions whilst my money being held somewhere by someone, had to go to their chat everyday to chase them which is already annoying, and even more so when their rude agents like Sean, Nina, Alexandra, Lily are being flatout rude and unhelpful by just straightup closing chat on me with the reasons like "I'm gonna be closing the chats on account of being triggered", I was promised of getting my bank transaction details by manager Lexi however i'm still not being contacted, and somehow my case is MARKED "RESOLVED", scam or not, you decide

scammed

I had a promo bundle which was for £1 per month, after first month I got a message saying i can renew it, but when I checked out they charged me £5 for a different plan, I went to their chat, their live agents kept disconnecting me, so I used the chat bot which told me to email proof and everything, I sent it to them 3 weeks ago, and no one got back to me until 2 weeks later, saying received, and then nothing else, it's now almost 1 month and i'm not able to use my own plan

Crazy funds-kidnapping

WONT USE AND NOT RECOMMENDED

There’s almost no where beside a few places you can spend ur deposited money on this platform, when u give up ans want to back out withdrawing ur money u will now realise there’s no backing out, u can’t withdraw your money unless very specific circumstances and they don’t really happen, so however much money u commuted u need to spend it all on their platform on their few selected partners, Amazon deliveroo etc

Also they advertise to give 20% cash back on purchases on Amazon, didn’t get mine#

update: after many back and forths these guys are still locking my account, still holding my funds and have stopped responding to me for days now

They made a mistake and then banned me

This is crazy, in 2021 i was claiming my welcome bonuses, their server didn’t reward me that so their agents manually did, and then days later their system gave me the missing bonus in question, so now I have 2, I used them both, and then I got an email saying I opted for self exclusion program and the account is shut for 1 year, I thought I clicked something wrong until today, almost 2 years later they told me they made a business decision to ban me, this is the most ridiculous thing

[ROBBERY] Been a regular customer and they robbed me today

I have a credit balance and tried to use it to order my dinner, after ordering I realised they didnt use my credit balance so I wanted to ask them about it, their app avoided giving me human assistance, gave me a chatbot instead, and the chatbot somehow cancelled my order, without a refund, I asked for a full refund for it and finally their human agents appeared but said the restaurant accepted the order within seconds so therefore they could keep the money, how is it possible to do all this with ur useless scam chatbot within seconds and not get scammed?

Previously rated them 5 star.. I've changed my mind after the newest update of my treatment, my whole 3-month-treatment thing should've been done before CHRISTMAS last year and I should have been wearing retainers for 5 months by now, but it's not the case, their products didnt do much to help my teeth, gaps were still there, smaller yes, but more problems appeared after the treatment, i felt like I got a new overbiting issue, upper and lower teeth were not touching in the right places, it almost felt like if someone punched my jaw my teeth would be gone, I was hoping by the end of treatment these would be gone but no I wasnt happy with the final result, as part of the procedure their dentist had a look at my teeth and said it was all completed, and they asked me if I wanted to get retainers, I said no as I wasn't satisfied, so they sent me the impression kits to help me further with new sets of Invisaligns, more nightmares started here within 4 months, their impression kits are no fun to do, take so much time and effort, the slime makes me gag so badly everytime they go in my mouth, but yet they rejected my completed impression kits twice (I did my best but the manager asked me why i wasnt successful? saying molar teeth were not printed properly for both time but turned out they wanted my WISDOM TEETH printed, so a bit inconsistence here too) and their courier Fedex lost my impressiong kit once (they had been a pain to deal with too, always showed up too early or too late or even absent), by this point I was wearing their stuff 22 hrs/ day for 6 months now and I told them I was really tired of wearing it for the most time, I started asking if we could put an end to it with a refund, then they offered me £200 to keep going, I felt like it was insulting as their services clearly failed, and I was entitled to a full refund if they really cared, but they promised it'll be good this time and I do want my teeth fixed so I accepted, they then FINALLY booked me a slot to get a 3D scan in person, this is something I asked for back in Christmas and we could've saved the wasted 4 months going back & forth with the impression kit shippings, and then after about 1 month of wating (for the production), I'm now met with another 3 MONTHS worth of Invisaligns to do, on top of the previous 8 months that I had already been wearing the uncomfortable plastics.. they advertise their service to be a 3-6 month treatment, not my case totally..

Also I wonder.. if my teeth still have so much work to do, and they saw the pictures of my teeth before approving my retainers, why'd they allow me to get retainer and sign it off as a satisfied customer?

massive scam and crazily aggressive attitude, first showed me wrong odds (like odd of 2) but when placed it's confirmed with odd if 1.3.. what's the point betting then? and then asked them, guy Kevan wouldn't answer my question, just kept telling to accept it as it is, i told him he had to investigate it as it costed me financial loss, i was underpaid, and then he blocked me saying i claimed to have a "financial difficulty", i later spoke to his manager Becky who also tried to twist my words to talk me into the "self-exclusion" program, crazy staff getting personal and banning people accounts for revenge after scamming you
