Scam as they are

Gave me 50% off discounts so I signed up for the Uber one membership to use them, after a couple orders they started cancelling my orders so I paid a whole month membership for just 2 50% off orders, ridiculous, and the worst thing started here, they gave me a 30% grocery shopping discount, with a min spend, I made an order that slightly more than min spend, I paid £20.50, and then their trick came: they took out the most expensive item saying out of stock, and then took off my 30% discount because it was now below min spend, and I checked my bank, they silently charged me £30 now and I’m getting one item less, asked their customer service about it, these people acted like as if they don’t even know what Uber Eats is, had no ideas about the discounts I used and retardedly asked me for a screenshot that’d be impossible for now to take, and the whole “1 item less but charging £10 more” situation LOOKED CORRECT to these workers, I don’t know what they’re paid to do

No way they're legit, AGENTS ARE SCAMERS

first, my withdrawal took way longer than the countdown, for no reason at all they're not paying me

secondly, every time i had questions about my bonus details and betting limits, every agent LIES about it, for example, i got a sports betting bonus, this agent Trish told me to use it on slot machine, i had to correct him and then he realised, i knew more than their agents, i don't know how such a business is allowed to run

Feel scammed and tricked, this company is a blood sucker

Been getting charged of a high interest rate for my balance for months, in the past I tried paying up as much as 70% of my total balance, these cheats still charged me full interest as if I didn’t pay them anything north of min pay, asked their customer service and their agents were bunch of either clueless fools or playing dumb, So this month I wanted to bring it to a stop, I sacrificed many other things to free the money up to clear my balance in full, and then spend again, GUESS WHAT, that does not count and they’re still going to charge me the fixed interest fee, so they’re going to do this for a LIFE TIME

There’s no way out of their interest fee inferno, how is this company legal?

Interest accrues daily against all completed transactions and would stop accruing once the outstanding balance is cleared in full. Any interest accrued in that period is then applied on your statement date.

To make use of the interest-free period, you would just need to make sure your statement balance is paid on or before your chosen payment date.

If you have not cleared your full statement balance on or before your chosen payment date but rather cleared it after your chosen payment date, then even if your balance is zero when your statement is generated the interest that had been accruing will be applied to it, which is why you may be seeing an interest charge.

Very dodgy

Very dodgy, when I placed a bet it showed me error message “bet was rejected” so I tried placing again and this time it got accepted, however I was charged twice because the first attempt wasn’t rejected at all, so both counted and I lost twice the amount I was originally willing to risk, felt scammed

Therefore we had some communication issues with providers. Hence the errors upon placing a bet. If you were playing slots for example you would have seen a lag instead. Can happen, its the internet. caught them stealing money from my account, and then they closed my account

won 2 bets totalling return of £250 roughly, but account only showed £150, asked them about it, they kept saying it was correctly paid, which i believed their integrity, but when i asked them to help me find out how the money missing, they refused and made me fill out long complaint forms, and eventually still not answering my question directly, i did all the maths, betting wise i only lost £3xx this month, but it's saying my net deposit is £750 this month, when my bank statement is showing £950, so something was clearly off, told them that, and they said there was some tech issues and would be fixed, and it's still not fixed today, and they only asked me to answer security questions (to avoid telling me where my money went), and this morning i suddenly got my account suspended for "verification needed" which i just completed fully last month, and as soon as i submitted, my account got officially closed for reason "9.1 company can close your account without reason" asked them to provide my account data for back up which they claim to be working on it, but its been 2 months now and nothing was given to me still and they cannot provide a timeframe for it

Agents and verification team are useless, account permanetly locked for no reason

my account has been locked for further verification since last christmas, i've since swiftly followed all the instructions stated on the email but nothing got done, i kept resubmitting and receiving the same email, so i simply asked them what was not good and i only got spammed with the same email, and this has been on repeat for the next coming 7 months since christmas til now, i went to the live chat explaining my situation, first agent was understanding of it, told me it'd be fixed within that day, however nothing happened, and then i got spammed again and the whole situation is on infinite loop

so to get out of this loop and get this going, i went to the live chat begging them to find me a way to bypass the email team as they're clearly not reading my emails evidently, it's been 7 months, i asked, i provided, i begged, i ranted, and they only ever replied with the same email, however, the agent simply repeated that i needed to contact their email team, so basically i'm stuck.
(note that it's painful how these agents reply once every 10 mins and reply to just one out of all things you say(

BEWARE thug casino not paying out winners

with their bonus and with god's blessing, i somehow turned my £400 deposit into £4000 cash balance (bonus fully wagered), and then they kept being difficult about my withdrawals, for a whole month i had had to wait until my last bet got settled before i could request a withdrawal, and when i waited that long and finally requested, they silently rejected my withdrawal without telling me, when i asked they told me to shoot a video of myself holding certain papers and reading out messages, i did that and they silently rejected it again, i asked and they told me they needed another one, i did it again with the said imperfection fixed, they changed their story saying they needed to investigate something, it's been 2 months now since i deposited and gambled, if i lost my money at the start they would never complicate anything, but because I'm a winner, they play tricky with me, and their live agents are mostly thugs, disconnecting customers not being helpful most of the times, they'd leave you on read for hours and then said it was a tech issue, and i once contacted their manager, dirty cheat tried to trick me into WILLINGLY FORFEIT ALL MY WINNINGS in order to make a withdrawal with no complications

Tricky casino won't let me withdraw my money after winning.Live agents are thugs!!

I was contacting the live chat asking about withdrawal, agent Gustavo told me to wait and then didn't come back for 20 minutes before silently ending the chat, i went back to the live chat and he was assigned to my chat again, i asked for the manager and he told me i couldn't speak to the manager, and then ignored all my questions again

about the withdrawal, they tied my account with a bonus, which i ask them to cancel it so i can withdrawal my cash balance, they told me i have to wager 12k GBP in casino games first before i could withdrawal my CASH BALANCE which is insane

and the Casino is full of dirty tricks, they see you win and will impose restrictions so you're forced to place accumlators with at least odd of 1.3 each leg, you have to bet like this to wager £12k before you can withdraw, and each accumlator can only place for a random amount of stake, you'd have to try placing a bigger amount first before they'd show you what's amount you can place, so i often tried placing £500 first just to see what the allowed amount was, they probably saw me doing this, so for one bet i tried placing £500 like usual, and IT GOT ACCEPTED, i never meant to place that much.

UPDATE: all of a sudden the agent Gustavo said I'd now be transferred to the manager, but i could see that i wasn't transferred to anywhere, i was still in the same chat with the same agent Gustavo, but this agent was now claiming to be the manager, and told me, "you can withdraw your money now if you forfeit your winnings, do you want to continue?" (previously they told me they couldn't let me withdraw, now the narrative got different entirely) I was shocked so I asked this Mike guy loads of questions, and he just told me to email the support team (he's the manager but he can't answer anything????), and then he spammed me with the "do you still need help with other things? otherwise I'll end the chat now", i kept telling him i wasn't done but yeah thugs disconnected me again, there's no way to communicate with these people

Funds kidnap

Made an account and placed bets, and then made a withdrawal and it triggered my verification, by this point it should be punishable by the gambling commission regulations, they shouldn’t be only checking winners documents, if my bets lost they’d never check me, anyway, I then submitted everything and they flat out held my money for weeks not processing my verification and KIDNAPS my £500 funds for the whole time not giving me back or anything

Ordered a bunch of items from them, most of the items were trivial prices plus one electric fan which is the only valuable item in the whole order, and guess what, that happened to the item that was missing from the parcel. And other items in the bags, many were unsealed, and one item, once expanded, got CURLY HAIR all over it, I hope someone can come collect and test dna to find out who left it and how this happened🤢. Asked them for a refund and the request got instantly denied and reason being “warehouse confirmed the package was sent to delivery” what does this even mean? Asked them and they said it’s final and nothing they can do with the confirmation.

Always cheating their customers

It’s so difficult dealing with them compared to dealing with Trainline, they’re always rejecting honest refunds for no reasons at all, in the span of 3 months they refused refunds for cancelled trains and duplicate purchases, so there is no excuses. Advertised as the “cheapest tickets” it’s 99% of the times same, the 1% being Trainline cheaper than TrainPal, so I don’t know what the point is to use TrainPal when Trainline doesn’t play difficult with you when it comes to giving honest refunds

Hooligan company with false advertisements, they fk'd my withdrawals up

I deposited in GBP, betted and got paid in GBP, withdrew money in GBP (their withdrawal page clearly states "GBP withdrawal"), but kept getting paid in EURs, I can't use EUR in the UK and I can't exchange it myself without paying expensive bank fees.

So I went to their chat service, they at first promised me "next time will be in GBP", and then it wasn't the case as i received EUR again, took the time to ask them again, they told me that I indeed should be getting GBP not EUR, it's my bank's fault that I received the wrong currency, but my bank proved that it was again Freshbet's wrong-doing + negligence, so I went back to the chat trying to tell them their withdrawal partner isn't doing their job correctly, and this is making their "advertisement" on the withdrawal page false, but their agent told me they didn't care, as long as it's not their own fault, and I had to "get over it and live with the EUR that I got"...... ridiculous, and then they closed my chat and the next agent Alexandra i walked into even changed the whole story by saying something like "our provider partner charged you hidden fees for currency conversion, and we dont have the responsibility to warn our players about the hidden fees that they charge".. this is crazy that they make up new stories as they go, if what Alexandra said was true, I got charged a fee and yet i still received EUR.. I tried to ask her further about this and she disconnected me and threatened to ban my account if I don't stop asking.. Don't think this company is legal

lost count how many hours I've wasted to get their their rude + useless liar agents to solve my problems, their agents are all borderline "refusing service" by being flatout incompetent and unreasonable, they never did anything for me beside repeating the same unrelated thing and avoiding all my questions

Absolute rubbish, made a mistake to get me taxed on purpose because of Brexit

Absolute rubbish, bought two pairs of shoes at discounted prices from Italy, it shouldn’t be taxed for import, but they listed themselves as an “Indonesian store” to get me heavily taxed, the shoes were £120 and I got taxed for £60, I asked them about it and the customer service gave me an attitude saying “ you should know what ur Brexit country has done, you got a discount for these shoes so get over it and pay up”, even made a clear statement saying they wouldn’t give me a refund if the shoes were returned to them, such a daylight robbery by these barbarians, at the end I paid DHL £60+ to get these shoes I waited 2 MONTHS for, and after almost half a year and lots of efforts the uk government refunded my tax, but it’s only £20 of the £60, the rest is held by dhl and nothing they can do, but yeah I should never have been taxed they told me, it’s all by the vile revenge by this vile company
