Appalling service as usual. In messaging app there is never an advisor available, no other means of contacting unless one wants to waste hours and money holding on the phone. Ofgem should remove their licence to operate. How their management leadership can justify receiving salary for running such a utterly useless and incompetent business, is hard to comprehend. Whoever is responsible for customer experience and service I hope you never get fired- as you wouldn’t get a job on a Burger King counter!
