Appalling service as usual

Appalling service as usual. In messaging app there is never an advisor available, no other means of contacting unless one wants to waste hours and money holding on the phone. Ofgem should remove their licence to operate. How their management leadership can justify receiving salary for running such a utterly useless and incompetent business, is hard to comprehend. Whoever is responsible for customer experience and service I hope you never get fired- as you wouldn’t get a job on a Burger King counter!

Easy to join via the website

Easy to join via the website, but since registered I am bombarded with daily emails entreating me to join up🤯🤯👊 I have now blocked the time wasting emails from them. Honestly AA get a handle on this!

Slow delivery

Disappointed to be now 8 days since ordering a voucher and still no show. It was a birthday gift for a dear friend which is now past. Will not be buying from Virgin again.

We have of course refunded the £2.99 paid for the postage and packaging - this should only take a few days to appear back into the account, but please do allow up to 10. We hope the recipient enjoys the gift once received.

None existent service or courtesy

Even when you fill in the information and send photos for their preferred online valuation they don’t even have the basic courtesy to respond. Seems from the TP rating and our experience they should be avoided. They’ll never hear from us again.

The online app is always down when it…

The online app is always down when it comes to requesting a smart meter “ something’s gone wrong,try again later”. Every day, every minute the same. So,I’m reporting this poor excuse for a consumer utility supplier to the ombudsman, who’ll probably add my comments to the millions of others with similar experiences which they have on record but do SFA. Both Ofgen and BG are pitifully pathetic and quite frankly utter wastes of time. They can get away with crap because all the utilities are rubbish in customer service and the regulator is utterly toothless and lazy.

FCA!!! Suspend this shoddy, arrogant excuse for a bank! I didn’t think that any organisation could be worse than the customer services of UK utility companies, however HSBC have succeeded admirably. They have really excelled in PPP!

Using online banking useless

Using online banking, before 6 pm I transferred an amount from my HSBC Premier current account to my HSBC Mastercard tied to my current account. My current account was immediately debited. As of 1100 the next morning it has still not been credited to my card account. I called them up and finally got to speak to a service operative. They told me the transfer takes time due to processing between different servers. Maybe a few seconds yes, but 24 hours???? They must think we are all complete simpletons. They are taking our cash, interest free, and putting on the overnight money markets. FCA should be prohibiting this type of practice, but they are scared of their own shadows. This further reinforces why HSBC has one of the worst reputations in consumer banking in the UK

Should be zero stars

Should be zero stars. Rubbish service does not permit donations to rednoseday charity. On checking the short code 81155 which the tv red nose show use, the 3 website states the number is no longer in use.
Shame on you 3, I hope everyone leaves your lousy network for stifling charitable gifting and not forgetting your generally crap services.

That's a bit too harsh. We never restrict our customers to make a usage, as its your mobile and you can definitely use it however sending an SMS to a shortcode number is a chargeable service, so if your account is capped which we set up only after our customer's consent , then it'll not allow you to send an SMS . I hence suggest you to please log in to My3 or 3 App and if there's a cap, you can remove it on the app or online - Kinjal

Artisan rubbish

Not for the first time we purchased a white bloomer loaf today and made sandwiches at home less than an hour later. The bloomer was dense, lacking flavour and generally awful. We tossed the remainder and most of the sandwiches,wasting the money and effort spent on the fillings. Don’t buy their so-called artisan breads, expensive and poor quality.

I wish there was a negative star…

I wish there was a negative star rating. This company is almost certainly the very worst on the planet in handing consumer problems. They either ignore the issue completely or, if you badger their CEO with the threat of richly deserved public humiliation, he gets one of his well trained liars to call you promising that they will personally fix the issue and within the week the matter will be resolved.What then happens is precisely nothing. Ofgem have been investigating SP since Spring 2020 after thousands of poor service complaints from consumers. SP management think Ofgem are a completely toothless joke and just ignore them and SP just get worse and worse. Ofgem should use their powers and remove SP licence to supply electricity. Show some intent Ofgem, this shower need shutting down.

Stock control

Would be 5* but too often, one or two items out of the 7 items on my regular monthly prescription are out of stock, and come a few days after my first package, sometimes a week or more later. Need better ordering/stock controls.

Liars website show good signal my area. It’s rubbish, no signal at all for streets around. Ofcom must be sleeping to permit such crap service to operate and make untrue claims which con consumers.
