Well it seems that the rubbish customer…

Well it seems that the rubbish customer service pox these jokers have, has migrated and infected the worst mobile telecom website East of Suez. It never works properly - technical error after technical error repeatedly which their pop up confirms “ it’s us, not you”. Gave up. Tomorrow we will be a new customer of Voda for new devices and contracts, and Vida will be a few grand better off🤑

Why does the proven monumentally worst…

Why does the proven monumentally worst polluting water utility in England ( almost double the number two offender) happily destroying the North West’s rivers, beaches and lakes, including in the Lake District National Park - always want to direct complainants to contact them through social media Twitter/ Facebook?? Rather than reply on the platform where the complaint was made like Trustpilot?? UU are manipulating so their failures don’t become public knowledge! Why? Well, this is so they can hide their multiple transgressions and complete disdain for public criticism. It’s a well known artifice of monopolies, and it stinks!!

Sorry to see your review today. In most cases depending on what the complaint is about, we do have to take a look at the customers account. So we would not ask them to put their details on public. So this is why we ask them to private message.
We understand people’s concerns and care passionately about our customers, communities and the environment. We’re already reducing the frequency of storm overflows by one third and improving almost 200 kilometres of waterways. We’re doing more and sooner by now bringing forward £900 million of investment to help deliver the step change in environmental performance that all our rivers need and which we all want to see and from 2025 we will be delivering one of the biggest environmental improvement programmes in the country. Appalling quality fleece lined track…

Appalling quality fleece lined track suits. Bought two sets, both rubbish! The insides shed fleece lint like no tomorrow. Gave up vacuuming and threw this garbage where it belongs- in the bin. I’ll never buy anything from Sports Direct again.

Gave up trying to sign up for an account after 4 tries of repeating photo ID and selfie photo. Too much faff Chase, your software is not up to much. I instead opened account with First Direct - smooth as silk first try with exact same reg.

Don’t change watch batteries or buy a lifetime battery guarantee from these charlatans. The staff in the shops haven’t a clue how to effectively change batteries on most watches and the batteries they use are cheap Charlie China rubbish which expire 3-4 months after installation . This is a High Street scam operation.

I have written 4 emails over one week…

I have written 4 emails over one week to Accor ALL customer care without a word in reply or acknowledgement. I have sent 3 emails direct to the Accor hotel I’m trying to contact, also without a single reply.
As a result of this none existent customer service Accor group is now blacklisted for accommodation, meetings and F&B.

ADT announced an almost 17% increase in…

ADT announced an almost 17% increase in monthly fees effective 01/12/2022. I emailed them immediately to protest such a high increase which smacked of price walking of loyal customers, a typical ploy of big arrogant companies dealing with consumers. Automated reply said they will respond within 10 days ( that in itself is PPP). I emailed them on 28/10/2022 and again on ( with the whole email thread) 17/11/2022. No response at all. I have tried calling but gave up because no one answers the phone. Such poor service gives strong cause for concern on how they would perform in the case that a burglar tried to gain entry to my property I am paying ADT to protect. I find this level of service intolerable and am now busy working on alternatives. ADT - you are shocking!

Avoid a rubbish supplier and product

Delivery took 26 days instead of the 10-14 days they commit to on their website. Emails to check on delivery status ignored or replied to with lies.Promised phone calls with answers never received. In short appalling customer service with an attitude. When the chair was finally received, dumped on the driveway by some courier service without notice, we had our physiotherapist take a good look at it. They pronounced it to be poorly designed, poorly constructed from poor materials and entirely unfit for purpose- pronouncing it would do more damage than good to a user. Furthermore these people are not the manufacturer or designer, they are just traders, buying in cheap unfit for purpose rubbish product from a contractor. Avoid!

Clearly HSBC senior management are incompetent, uncaring, unqualified and impervious to the criticisms on this site. Luckily for them the FCA and Banking regulator are as poor, otherwise surely HSBC banking licences would be suspended. They certainly deserve to be. Sympathy to the day to day staff who have to put up with the pathetic service created by their senior management. Why don’t you leave them and go to a better employer?

I bought a cordless vacuum in December…

I bought a cordless vacuum in December 2020 and immediately after delivery I registered the guarantee with Hoover on their website. Now 20 months later it’s developed a fault. The guarantee clearly states all parts guaranteed FOC for 10 years, but labour cost must be paid by the customer if product is over 12 months old.

I accepted this and called their UK service centre and spoke to the service operative. They said there is no parts guarantee of 10 years on vacuums, this only applies to large appliances like refrigerators, freezers, washing machines etc. Definitely not vacuums which are only 12 months. I insisted I had the guarantee and it clearly is printed 10 years. I also repeated I had registered the product as stated in the guarantee in order to be protected and the registration engine had accepted my entry. The operative then said I must have the wrong guarantee and told me to go back to the retailer as nothing they at Hoover could or would do!

Thank you Hoover for the valuable help ( I don’t think)
Appalling service, lousy attitude and about as useless as their rubbish products.

Don’t ever buy anything from these scammers and cheats.

BG finally ran out of 2 years of covid…

BG finally ran out of 2 years of covid excuses and installed a smart meter on my gas supply. The installer did not attach or supply the smart monitor.
I have spent 6 months and around a dozen separate online chats with a different chat host every time. Each one says they will arrange for an engineer to come around with a monitor and attach it. As you will not be surprised to learn, the result is absolute zero action by BG.

Yesterday I tried yet again. The upshot of the chat was I was instructed to get hold of Scottish Power, my electricity supplier who subsequent to BG fitted me with a complete set of smart meter and monitor, and ask the to hook up BG smart meter to the SP smart meter! What a wonderful example of a rubbish company diving out of responsibility. It was their screw up and they want me to ask another utility to fix it.
Well I shall do that. I’m leaving BG permanently in a few weeks when my contract is up and will get a decent supplier to replace them.

I advise everyone to follow suit.

we have experienced stocks delays which are sometimes as a result of the quantity of medication ordered, its availability from the supplier or whether there are any manufacturing problem with the item in question. We are sometimes provided dates of restock that the supplier is unable to commit to hence why they end up delivering the medication a little earlier or later compared to the initial date of confirmed delivery. This has a knock on effect with the way your account is regularly updated. This should not be a recurring issue.
