Slow delivery

Disappointed to be now 8 days since ordering a voucher and still no show. It was a birthday gift for a dear friend which is now past. Will not be buying from Virgin again.

We're so sorry to hear your order has not arrived in time for that special occasion and for the disappointment caused. Having looked into your order, we can see this was shipped on the 05th January 2022 and should be arriving with you soon.

We have of course refunded the £2.99 paid for the postage and packaging - this should only take a few days to appear back into the account, but please do allow up to 10. We hope the recipient enjoys the gift once received.
