Repetitive out of stock issues, take forever to respond to written msgs on the help page, sometimes no response at all. Inefficient! Was emailed 4 meds out of stock, would be a weeks delay. An hour later I get an email saying all shipped. The system is poor, always have to initiate order monthly myself, no automatic reminders. Time to move on to a more reliable service

During this current pandemic we have faced a few unprecedented difficulties with our suppliers delivering medication stock on time whilst simultaneously having a huge influx of patients signing up to use our service and ordering medication. Our suppliers are now providing more concrete dates of delivery to which they are sticking to. Rest assured this will not be a recurring issue.
We have had a large influx of patients signing up to use our service hence why we have had a longer waiting time to reply to messages and answer calls. We aim to reply to every patient on the same day they message in.
we require our patients to make an order for their medication as we require consent from both the GP and patient before sending out prescriptions. in the same way patients collect their prescription in person with identification at hand from a normal walk in pharmacy, we require the patient to confirm their identity and the need of the prescribed medication before sending out the medication to their doorstep.

Nobody answers the phones! Intolerable. As soon as contract up we are moving to a company that values its clients. This is worse than Sky and they are a nightmare.

Great service from Robin, polite, meticulous and excellent at explaining the situation in easy to understand layman’s terms. Baxi have a real good asset here!
With such amazing service, Currys must have Amazon quaking in their boots! I don’t think. Order online from “in stock” , pay immediately, then wait two weeks for delivery. These thieves use my money for two weeks to finance their PP amateur operation and then take two weeks to deliver. It’s wrong, and I for one will never buy a thing from them again.
