Customer service absolutely awful and I mean awful at Walsall Prime mark. Spent over £200 over two days and just wanted to exchange a pair of sale £7 shoes but couldn’t find receipt. The way they speak to you like you’re a criminal it’s unreal. Asked to speak to the manager and of course surprise she had no customer service manners. Genuinely shocked that she was a manager.I politely told her I would not be shopping here again, staff are so rude and her response was that’s fine then walked off, smart move keeping your customers.

Massive shout out to Jason Bennet, showroom manager at Lichfield Easy bathrooms. First class service each and every time.Went above and beyond to help me with tiles for my bathroom. Extremely poor service from Cannock Halfords. Most shocking was the manager, truly couldn’t believe he was a manager with NO customer service skills at all. Did not seem to engage or listen only talking over us. Didn’t know anything I asked regarding a car battery, We have no confidence in returning to this store. Retraining is a must here

I paid a visit to B&M Brownhills on 7/10/22 late evening. Item I was looking for I could not see so I ask the girl at the checkout for help. She didn’t acknowledge me so I ask again if she could help me. No interest in what I was asking, just looking at her watch, then finally looked up replied if it’s not on the section we haven’t got it. I explained I’m not sure, could someone check for me please, she very rudely said no. I paid for my other items and she gave me my receipt no eye contact or thank you to me. I said thank you for your help, she replied yeh. This member of staff is representing B&M and she definitely needs a refresh on customer service. Badly let your company down

So disappointed with Reedswood Matalan. No children's jubilee or accessories at all. I believe it was the manager I spoke to, if they had anything to celebrate the Jubilee, his cold reply was no and walked off. I overheard other customers commenting on no red white and blue clothing, very poor. Standards have really dropped with this store, no staff to help you. Matalan’s not really a happy shopping experience anymore and reading the reviews says it all
