Extremely poor service from Cannock…
Extremely poor service from Cannock Halfords. Most shocking was the manager, truly couldn’t believe he was a manager with NO customer service skills at all. Did not seem to engage or listen only talking over us. Didn’t know anything I asked regarding a car battery, We have no confidence in returning to this store. Retraining is a must here
