visit to B&M Brownhills
I paid a visit to B&M Brownhills on 7/10/22 late evening. Item I was looking for I could not see so I ask the girl at the checkout for help. She didn’t acknowledge me so I ask again if she could help me. No interest in what I was asking, just looking at her watch, then finally looked up replied if it’s not on the section we haven’t got it. I explained I’m not sure, could someone check for me please, she very rudely said no. I paid for my other items and she gave me my receipt no eye contact or thank you to me. I said thank you for your help, she replied yeh. This member of staff is representing B&M and she definitely needs a refresh on customer service. Badly let your company down
