Customer service absolutely awful and I mean awful at Walsall Prime mark. Spent over £200 over two days and just wanted to exchange a pair of sale £7 shoes but couldn’t find receipt. The way they speak to you like you’re a criminal it’s unreal. Asked to speak to the manager and of course surprise she had no customer service manners. Genuinely shocked that she was a manager.I politely told her I would not be shopping here again, staff are so rude and her response was that’s fine then walked off, smart move keeping your customers.
