Utterly dishonest and incompetent…

Utterly dishonest and incompetent financial institution
As a Nationwide customer for over 30 years did not expect the level of dishonesty, incompetence and ignorance from them when dealing with a fraudulent use of credit card
None of their phone numbers connect to the department they say- when replacing a credit card on a sole account they sent two cards one for a former partner and one of the PIN letters didn't arrive
They then wanted me to repeatedly ring them on an expensive 0345 numbers and just maybe after a week or two they might get round to dealing with it properly and send me another replacement card
I've cut my losses and moved all my money out of Nationwide - if they can't deal with a simple credit card re-issue they certainly aren't fit to hold my savings

Awful disreputable company

Awful disreputable company - their courier dumps package outside my house (he says but who knows) having failed to deliver or message in 4 hour delivery slot that I waited at home for
When I got home late at night package dumped outside was not there
Apparently because I reported item missing it's my fault and I am now in breach of their returns and refund policies
I'm sick of Amazon and will now close my Amazon account

Totally unreliable

Totally unreliable - got email and texts stating I would be second delivery today in a delivery timeslot of 8am-12noon
Tracking showed courier heading off to north Norfolk away from my address
I rang City Sprint and was assured delivery woul be with me in 1 hour well inside delivery timeslot
10 minutes later tracking showed my items had been delivered to some different address and signed for by an unknown person called Daniel Jemp
I rang City Sprint AGAIN and was told the driver had erroneously showed the delivery as complete but that he would be with me before 12 noon - as delivery had been shown as delivered I could no longer track the actual courier van on a map - how convenient for them
12 noon came and went, no delivery update, no update phone call just nothing
They are as bad as all the other couriers

Utterly reprehensible company

Utterly reprehensible company - I ordered 14 rolls of Knauf loft insulation thru Insulation4less who sourced the rolls thru CCF Norwich
They knowingly loaded 14 rolls of insulation onto courier van knowing they were soaking wet and unusable as loft insulation - disgraceful dishonesty
The courier driver told them they were soaking wet and would be rejected but CCF sent them anyway

Awful company

Awful company - ordered 14 rolls of Knauf loft insulation from Insulation4less - they had 14 rolls of soaking wet insulation from CCF in Norwich delivered later than they promised to me with their driver and CCF knowing they were soaking wet and unusable when they loaded them in the van
I rejected delivery and rang them and they couldn't have been more disinterested in resolving the problem or refunding my money
I will now chase refund and buy elsewhere but no compensation for al the aggro and waiting involved
Further to my review above they have now written on my PayPal claim that insulation roll arriving soaking wet is still as described
They are unbelievable

You contacted us at 12.20pm on the day of delivery to advise the goods were wet. We immediately requested details by email, which you sent, and we responded within a short timeframe with an apology and confirmation that we could arrange replacements for you. You declined this offer and instead requested a refund. Had we been given the chance, we could have delivered replacements to you the following day.

We would like to stress that we take such matters seriously and always aim to resolve them swiftly when given the opportunity.

Regarding your PayPal claim, at no point have we stated that wet insulation is acceptable. The response you received was a standardised message from PayPal that is automated in relation to disputes, and not a response from any member of the Insulation4less team. It is simply a request for further information on the issue with your order.

I can confirm that your refund is now being processed.

Awful service - cancelled my Prime Subscription
Delivery never came during the time slot but later package dumped outside my house and then stolen before I got home
Reported it to Amazon and they couldn't care less
Won't be buying anything from Amazon ever again

Abysmal service

Abysmal service - AVOID HOME DELIVERY - ordered three matching radiators for home delivery
Multiple emails from their courier DX with changing delivery appointments
When they did arrive only 2 of the 3 radiators ordered were on their truck and delivered and neither DX or Screwfix hqve any idea where the missing radiator is
Arranging collection and refund of other two radiators has now become a farce - nobody has any idea when they will be collected or refund processed
Will avoid Screwfix home delivery like the plague in future

Evri tracking acknowledged they picked up item over a week ago and then it mysteriously just vanished
And of course Evri didn't do anything and couldnt care less

Utterly Dishonest DHL
Yesterday received email from DHL that my online purchase would be delivered on Weds 2nd July
Today (1st) I received second email from DHL stating parcel would be delivered on 2nd, I went online confirmed delivery date of 2nd and DHL system confirmed that the parcel would indeed be delivered tomorrow
I rearranged appointments in order to be at home to receive parcel tomorrow
This afternoon I received an email from DHL that they had now delivered the parcel and that I had signed for it - this is impossible as I have been 40 miles from my home all day
This is not the first time that DHL has lied about me receiving a parcel when I wasn't at home but it will definitely be the last as I will never purchase anything online if the delivery courier is the bunch of dishonest liars called DHL
They're not called Drop it Hide it Lose it without good cause

Although, the reference you've provided within the relevant field isn't a DHL Express tracking number. I can confirm this item has been sent using the DHL Ecommerce UK division. Abysmal customer service and many attempts to get refund
Ordered shower enclosure,tray,pump,and sundries to install shower room
First delivery had two out of three boxes damaged good so returned - awful DHL courier couldn't get return and tried to deliver order again so again refused - repeat contradictory emails from Plumbworld and their awful courier DHL - every time I rang Plumbworld got a different excuse and only got refund weeks after order once I said I would take it up with my credit card company

Attempted minor damage scam at Malaga

Just watched a friend return his hire care and watched them try to claim he had a new small dent on the rear hatch - luckily for him he had a video of when he took car a week ago and the same mark was there - on close examination it was only a line of dust from the rear window and not a dent at all

BG is a totally disreputable company - they keep sending threatening letters applicable to previous owners DESPITE me giving them the previous house owners details - now theyve passed the matter to debt collectors even tough they have benn informed its not my debt with proof
Glad I found out what theyre like before I considered them as an energy supplier - I never will now

Autodoc repeatedly lie

Autodoc repeatedly lie
First I was told that I would receive parts within 48 hours then it slipped to 4 days with tracking available - no now they say Evri tracking is only available once parts arrive in UK - after 8 days from order I have no parts and no tracking - and vehicle off the road -Autodoc refusing refund - will never use this shower again
