Utterly dishonest and incompetent financial institution
As a Nationwide customer for over 30 years did not expect the level of dishonesty, incompetence and ignorance from them when dealing with a fraudulent use of credit card
None of their phone numbers connect to the department they say- when replacing a credit card on a sole account they sent two cards one for a former partner and one of the PIN letters didn't arrive
They then wanted me to repeatedly ring them on an expensive 0345 numbers and just maybe after a week or two they might get round to dealing with it properly and send me another replacement card
I've cut my losses and moved all my money out of Nationwide - if they can't deal with a simple credit card re-issue they certainly aren't fit to hold my savings
