Awful BT

Awful BT - they just get worse and worse
Emailed me to send back their non functional minib4g hub that was sent back to them over two weeks ago
Luckily I still have the proof of posting so await them taking me to court in this one
Rang them and they couldn't have been less helpful or less interested
What used to be one of the UK premier companies now one of the worst

Stayed in al evening as they emailed me stating delivery would be by 19.30 - at 21.00 they emailed me stating courier had called but I wasn't in - total lies - Nobody called at my house

Nothing but lies from BT- aftervdats…

Nothing but lies from BT- after days of ever changing different lies from BT about ongoing broadband fault they eventually sent me a 4G EE mini hub that doesn't work - rang the help number they provided of 0800 022 3322 only to be told it was the wrong number but then told that when he checked coverage map the 4G mini hub will NOT work in my area anyway as there is no signal
Utter incompetence and dishonesty

Useless FCA

Despite tons of adverse complaints data on the FCA website they do nothing to ensure that the banks they supervise improve
Perhaps the revolving door between the banks and the DCA shows how endemic the corrupt relationship between them actually us
Next time a bank collapses and they expect the taxpayer to bail them out like during the last financial crash they'll understand why people want them to go out if business

Failed successive Libre 2 CGM…

Tried three successive Libre 2 CGM sensors and not one lasted more than 6 days - Abbott an awful company - ages on hold to customer service - stated they would tell me why they had failed if I sent sensors back to them but never contacted me
I won't bother with them ever again and give Dexcom a go

Blacks couldn't deliver when they said

Blacks courier stated they would deliver package between 9am and 11am - I stayed at home to receive package but courier never arrived
Delivered later in the day and left outside in the rain and insecure from theft
I'll buy elsewhere in future

Their tracking page shows that they have my parcel, then on 6th October that my parcel has been delayed by 24 hours without explanation
It is now 15th October and their update since 6th October .........

Wrong router and then NO broadband

Ordered new fibre broadband three weeks ago with engineer visit scheduled today
Engineer arrived to fit xable but told me that they have sent me the wrong router
Rang BT and after ages on hold eventually spoke to customer service agent who has ordered correct router but informed me the correct router was ordered the first time but warehouse sent wrong model
To cap it off my existing phone line broadband will be cut off this evening and he couldnt do anything to stop that - so I go from slow broadband to NO broadband
Well done BT - utterly crap service

Vodafone UK - AWFUL

Vodafone UK - cant answer simple security complaint
Over a week ago I received an email from Vodafone stating that my account PIN had been changed - I didnt change it so immediately queried this email with their online chat agent - was informed that the email had been sent by mistake and I had nothing to worry about
I queried reason why email had been sent and havent had a straight answer in over a week - first was a refusal to answer question, then it was human error but wouldn't explain how it occurred- my PIN remained the same unchanged - then followed by complaint handler denying email had ever been sent even when I sent her copy of email - now they say they will escalate it to fraud department after over one week of lies and obfuscation
I will progress thru to Ofcom process but I have no confidence in Vodafone's honesty any more so moved by number to Giffgaff today
Awful customer service from Vodafone - I wont be going back to them

Iberia are awful - worse than BA

Iberia cancelled both outbound and return flights from London to Spain 10 days apart
No information or assistance to re book on same dates I just happened to find it online by luck
When travelling almost no information to English speaking passengers - they barely care about Spanish customers
On return aircraft broke down during Takeoff roll - again no information
Typical IAG airline like British Airways they couldn't give a toss about their customers
I wont be troubling them with my money again in future
I expect they will go bust soon requiring a large government bailout airlines who treat customers badly dont deserve to stay in business

Awful company
They emailed me under their other name of Travel Claims Services Ltd about a travel insurance claim I never made - no details whatsoever of claim in email
I tried ringing them but call system just puts you on hold - after over an hour I gave up
Feels like a scamming outfit
I wont he buying travel insurance from that shower again

Hi Michael, I am really sorry about the power cuts that affected you, we do understand the problems our customers have had. The winds reached 78mph across our network causing extensive damage. We prepared by bringing in extra engineers who worked day and night to find damaged equipment, remove fallen trees from power lines and restore customers as quickly and as safely as possible. Additional staff worked in our Service Delivery Centre to answer 21,000+ calls and keep customers up dated. We are now in the process of pro-actively contacting customers entitled to a payment. BEWARE FRAUD

BEWARE - ordered a generator online for £300
Got a text from Screwfix following morning saying generator was ready for collection
Then got a phone call from guy saying he was from Screwfix stating generator wasn't there but they couldn't refund payment to PayPal
Some sort of fraud going on - dispute raised with PayPal
