Shavekit isn't monthly, its whenever suits you, you aren't on monthly deliveries by default and you can only choose this if you select it actively. We always remind you with a courtesy email and if you forget, it's no problem and you can call us or email us, including weekends during the day. If we miss your call we'll call you back immediately (unless you use a hidden number). If you need to cancel, or request a no questions asked refund, email us at hello@shavekit.com.
