A week after dropping a parcel it is…

A week after dropping a parcel it is still at the drop off. Was told to go shop myself and sort it. Or sort re-collection. Yodel don't care about person centered service. It's been escalate apparently. A load of twaddle. Convoluted advice . Absolute time waters.
