2 day delivery takes 4 days

2 day delivery , yet all my parcels have taken 4 + days . Your taking money for 2 day delivery but delivery is taking 4 . That is Fraud . No human interaction , no concern. You've taken money for 2 days but taken over 4. Charging for a premium service providing an economy service. I am going back to Royal Mail.
