Awful customer service
Awful customer service, After extreme pressure when in the shop trying to look at different sofas we ended up being rushed into buying one "Because the deal was ending on it that week" The sofa we bought is no where near the quality that was shown to us in the shop. Have tried contacting them (This Store) several times and they think it's fine to just completely ignore you, they replied to the first email I ever sent them and then stopped and seem to be ignoring the problem !! I have proof of emails sent with no replys. There main customer service helpline NEVER answer your call or reply to emails either. AVOID SCS

I have taken a look over you're account and can see contact had been made with a advisor earlier today to discuss these concerns further. A appointment shows has recently been booked in with Emmiera for the date of 5th June.
