Gary and Ian were first class

Gary and Ian were first class, very polite and very pleasant, taking the product upstairs to where I wanted it located, a credit to Cotswold. The product also looks good and well made, so much so instead of the corner location ear marked for it, it’s taken centre stage at the foot of the bed, looking through the floor to ceiling bifold doors over the moor and Bristol Channel

Lazy delivery

Left by garage door in full street view, in pouring rain. If he couldn’t be bothered to come up the steps to put in there, safe and dry, the very least he/she could have done was put it in a location out of street view and under the gable, there are plenty of such spots in the garden

I ordered a Rouge Royal to thank my…

I ordered a Rouge Royal to thank my daughter in law for all the help she’d given to us during my husband being suddenly blued and towed by ambulance to hospital and his many subsequent hospital visits, they arrived promptly and I have no issue with the roses, however, there were no instructions on how to set this hatbox up and the flowers were well below the top level of the box and could not be viewed. I asked customer care for advice, they replied they ‘they could not help me’, with a further suggestion that ‘I try to prop the foam up’, you pay a not inconsiderable sum for a special arrangement, you do not expect to have to fiddle around or prop things up! A further response from Prestige said they ‘regret they cannot help me further’, and to contact my bank for cash back if I wanted to take it further! I have ordered quite a lot of arrangements from Prestige/Haute recently and always been pleased, on this occasion I am extremely disappointed and shocked at their dismissive and casual attitude, you pay for a beautiful arrangement, you expect a beautiful arrangement, not one buried in its container!!!

Disappointing

Plants arrived in dead or dying condition, or didn’t arrive at all. Took a very long time to respond to emails, or didn’t respond at all and it was necessary to phone. I have dealt with You for quite a long time and this year was extremely disappointing

It just goes from bad to worse, if that’s possible, I was contacted by them following my previous review, received same message four times from Jane,John, Ann, Keisha, with sincere apologies, saying looking into it. I chased these messages several times, then started getting messages saying “we have not received a reply, so we are closing the case, as we assume you have resolved the issue yourself” I immediately responded saying I had chased this issue in response to their carbon copy messages (although these messages did not seem to require a response, as they were an “apology” and a promise to investigate), how on earth do they think I can solve non receipt of my paid for item myself. Since my responses, guess what zilch. I have asked for a refund, again nothing. If I could give this shower minus points I would. Monday morning I am ringing my bank, to report and ask why they provide conners like this with credit facilities

Oh how I wish I’d read the reviews…

Oh how I wish I’d read the reviews first! I ordered a 128Go back in March and have not received it. My first chase up met with a response from Vicky Jordan at zendesk saying order had been despatched, no tracking facility. More than two weeks later product still not arrived, two chase ups ignored, a third merited another response from Vicky Jordan, a carbon copy of the first and again no tracking details. My request for the order to be cancelled and a refund in my bank by today has met with no response and guess what, no refund. I shall have a try at phoning tomorrow, if no joy then I shall be raising with my bank, banks should not be facilitating con companies like this period.

Don’t throw away your toilet brush

It says you never need a brush again, well I would not rely on this product to negate the need for a brush. After brushing as per instruction all seemed fine, then a small mark (ash) was on the porcelain, part of this mark wiped quickly away with no pressure, with toilet paper, I thought I’d test your product on the remainder of the mark, it was still there after the process, but again was removed quickly with a slight touch of toilet paper, I tried the same process in our other bathroom and again a mark that was quickly wiped away with a light touch of toilet tissue defied your product. My toilet brushes will be going nowhere soon.

Poor

I don’t think it is acceptable to leave parcels on top of the mail box or on the lower steps in full view on the road, particularly as there is a porch to leave goods in. Hermes are the only courier service to have used this short cut (more than once) and if parcels go missing the ball will certainly be the Hermes court
