Oh how I wish I’d read the reviews…

Oh how I wish I’d read the reviews first! I ordered a 128Go back in March and have not received it. My first chase up met with a response from Vicky Jordan at zendesk saying order had been despatched, no tracking facility. More than two weeks later product still not arrived, two chase ups ignored, a third merited another response from Vicky Jordan, a carbon copy of the first and again no tracking details. My request for the order to be cancelled and a refund in my bank by today has met with no response and guess what, no refund. I shall have a try at phoning tomorrow, if no joy then I shall be raising with my bank, banks should not be facilitating con companies like this period.
