I ordered a Rouge Royal to thank my daughter in law for all the help she’d given to us during my husband being suddenly blued and towed by ambulance to hospital and his many subsequent hospital visits, they arrived promptly and I have no issue with the roses, however, there were no instructions on how to set this hatbox up and the flowers were well below the top level of the box and could not be viewed. I asked customer care for advice, they replied they ‘they could not help me’, with a further suggestion that ‘I try to prop the foam up’, you pay a not inconsiderable sum for a special arrangement, you do not expect to have to fiddle around or prop things up! A further response from Prestige said they ‘regret they cannot help me further’, and to contact my bank for cash back if I wanted to take it further! I have ordered quite a lot of arrangements from Prestige/Haute recently and always been pleased, on this occasion I am extremely disappointed and shocked at their dismissive and casual attitude, you pay for a beautiful arrangement, you expect a beautiful arrangement, not one buried in its container!!!
