Although i haven't had problems receiving my product when i purchased it in 2022. it had problems loading when i initially loaded it the first time on my computer, because it asked for a product key which it didn't come with dongle(s) i bought 4. i had requested and received a product key since then but i'm worried to try it after seeing the reviews below.
I bought 3 of these. Have had nothing but trouble with them since Covid (22?) until now. They don't work on any of my ipads or my androids. I did NOT cancel my email, etc. (all the problems you read in the other reviews). These things have simply never worked. I cannot use an email with them. Even registering new one with a new password. It's ridiculous & extremely disappointing. Do NOT buy these & expect them to be useable!!! Terrible waste of money. Shame cuz it's a great idea.
I purchase the device and SD card… tried to register an email and got the message that I (email address) has requested to DELETE the email. Bs. Never used, never was able to use

I purchased the Infiniti cloud for Android they arrived in a reasonable amount of time I tried to get my Android device to recognize them and it doesn't I cannot make them work they are worthless so yes they delivered the devices, no their customer service is s h i t. I called them and they refer me to a pay for customer service service and I refuse to pay for customer service to get their device to work on my device.

I previously wrote a review about the company not being trustworthy, in February 2023, and supplied all my informations. They replied they will contact me by email, and they never did for more than 2 months now, neither they refunded the money for the merchandise returned on time and as per their instructions and within their 60 days policy. Order #2219119337.
Authorized return 7/27/22. Sent them 3 emails requesting my refund, on 1/11, 1/18 and 2/6/2023, as well as a voice message, with no response either.

It's a con, it's just a glorified card reader that fails to work. Got it to work on one device but it fails after numerous attempts to work again. All the help stuff from infinitkloud online ends with a 'something went wrong message. You can say that again.

The product did not work. I spent hours & months communicating this to the support team who either kept sending me the basic instructions over and over again or a formatted email telling me they hadn't heard from me so they were closing the ticket. Worst product and worst support team ever!

I am using my 2nd unit and card (purchased as a bundle from Amazon) The wireless device will not recognize their micro SD card. Sent a few e-mails and have left a voice mail for their customer service. About ready to return the second unit to Amazon for a credit. It is a great concept if you can get it to work.

I ordered an InfinitiKloud 2 months ago. A month went by, and I had to figure out another solution. I then cancelled my order a month ago, and I cannot get my money refunded. I have interacted with customer service over 20 times about this issue, and I get the runaround repeatedly.

So notice the reply, there is no order # that’s the first red flag, second is never a phone number given, the names listes are not even real employee names

Actually it's less than 1 star. After several attempts to contact customer service, I get nothing but stock answers or links to the manuals which I already have. 89% 1 star reviews should tell you something. I'm convinced they have no interest in helping their customers, my advice, buy something other than infinitikloud.

I had the misfortune to fall for this complete SCAM! . . .I purchased 3 Infinitikloud 'sticks' to download and sort my massive photo collection . . . . The sticks arrived . . but without 'Activation codes' or 'Product Keys' . . . . I have been to and fro with COUNTLESS emails for the last 8 months . . . All you ever get is a standard email 'letter' that does not address the issues you have raised . . . . They are a despicable bunch of rogues . . . HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY! . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . (UPDATE) My point is proven by their comments below! . . . In all the many emails I sent them they failed to satisfactorily answer ANY of my points/questions . . . Never buy from this company. It is a ripoff. Ordered device from them in February but did not receive device until July then they turn around and say it’s been 180 days since we took your money so you cannot have it back.

I purchased an Infinitikloud Charge with a 64GB memory card which they failed to deliver. I sent verification but to no avail. They dodged the issue and offered me 50% off on some useless products. Always read reviews before buying! This company is extremely dishonest.

Like other customers I do not believe this company even deserves one star. It is the worst company by far that I have ever dealt with. My original order was placed in April 2022. It is now the end of August and my original order is still not complete. Frustrated in replying to their template emails I decided to write this review in order to save others dealing with this deplorable company. When I eventually received a shipment it only contained one of the items ordered and paid for, as proved by the customs declaration on the package. The latest email apologises for any "inconvenience" and suggests the matter is resolved as far as they are concerned. BE WARNED this is close to a scam.

Only did one star as couldn’t do less - ordered the product and am still waiting - the only reply to emails to support are replied to that ‘they are very busy’ and a reply could take sometime - this I can believe they must have hundreds of complaints - still no reply after two weeks - as far as I am concerned this is a scam

Having spent the last 6 months trying to get a replacement OR refund from InfinitiKloud I have to say they are just a scam. They refuse to answer except for generic answers, most of the time its "your item is in the mail" but it never arrives! complete waste of time and money

Sadly I got as far as entering the "Product Key" or "Activation Code". This was when I realised that neither was present in the package.

Then followed numerous emails assuring me that my query was being dealt with. I finally presumed that InfinitKloud had no intention of resolving my issue but these computer generated replies were intended to carry on until I got fed up and gave up.
All that I wanted was either a product key or activation code to enable me to access the InfiniKloud device. Should that be too difficult a task for a company to process?
My experience with this company begs the question "are they a company of integrity or one that supports the conclusion of the majority of these reviews?"
Although this gift has been the source of considerable frustration and indeed anger at the thought of being conned, InfiniKloud could go some way of redeeming their actions by emailing me the information I need.
If there is a modicum of integrity present in those involved then an immediate response would be activated.

No wonder Trustpilot rates Infinitikloud 11/2 stars out 5. My rating would be "zero" stars. I ordered the item in early December 2021. After waiting an exorbitant amount of time to receive the product, I decided to return it, unopened, in its original packaging, and within their return policy guidelines. The company apologized... and sent me info to return the item. To date, 8/3/2022, I have yet to realize a refund on the product. Email after email apologizing for the delay and inconvenience, the "support team" has not informed me of any potential refund of my money.
In my view, Infinitikloud does not advance market trust where buyers and sellers can trust each other....
