Order and waited for my delivery today between 1pm and 2pm. Come 3.30pm I've heard nothing. Contact customer service who tell me they will try and deliver between 6pm and 9pm but can't guarantee it and also any frozen items will not be part of the order. All this and I'm a smart pass customer. Sorry, was. Until about 5 minutes ago. Don't use them if you rely on your shopping at a certain time or day/need all the item in your order

Ordered a bottle of Crystal Head Vodka which arrived in good time. However, this was a limited edition and in a display box which whilst possibly disposable to some people, was a gift and intended to be displayed in such a way by a collector. However, the protective packaging had been forced in around the bottle, inside the packaging and resulted in it arriving looking like it had been kicked around the warehouse and in an awful state. I contacted customer service who informed me I had bought the last one and that a refund would be the only way to proceed unless I wanted to wait for a restock. I opted for refund and got a short sharp response tell me how to packing it and stressing the importance this. The irony was not lost on me and I've decided to just put this down to a bad experience, order elsewhere accordingly and find the whole thing amusing. Maybe look at your customer service and the word you were looking for was "sorry".

This company is in the pockets of the car park operators and is as close to being fraudulent as legally possible whilst staying within the law. Don't waste your time or energy, go straight to your local CAB and begin your appeal there. Shame on you Popla, shame on you if you work there and good luck sleeping at night, I don't know how you manage it. Your Trustpilot score says it all about this company.

Absolutely dreadful - if you are sending anything other than a paper letter then do not, under any circumstance use Royal Mail. Items are mishandled and damaged on such a regular basis that they have a cut-and-paste response that tries to blame YOU THE CUSTOMER for not wrapping your items well enough. I sent something small, made of Steel, that was in a cardboard box and folded in a double-walled bubble envelope and they claimed this wasn't enough. That's 4 layers of protection on each side. It turned up with a big dent in it. They will do everything thing they can to not honour their insurance so I advise using anyone else, even Evri are more reliable and careful with their deliveries these days and certainly aren't as condescending on their emails.

Awful. Three times they have taken an order for the same product from me, taken my bank details and had me sign up to email links and EVERY SINGLE TIME they have cancelled. It's like data farming and I'm making a formal GDPR complaint. Avoid like the plague.

Bought one of their radios under two years ago so it should still be under warranty (they give a two year warranty). The asked me for all details which I provided and then they told me to go back to Amazon. Amazon sent me to them as it's over a year. I replied, explained this and now they have started ignoring emails. I'm now in there process of looking at my legal options with my credit card company. Looking at the reviews here, seems I'm not the only who finds them to be less than reputable. Go elsewhere, gofer a brand like Sony who will look after you as a customer.

I recently placed my first order with Waitrose and I had a discount code to use. Placed the order, £65, reduced to £45 with my voucher. A good solid offer for a new customer. Today I received an email saying they were cancelling the voucher and my order would now cost £65. I don't know how on earth they can do this as I only authorised £45 to be taken from my payment method, it's not up to Waitrose to decide to charge more that I have given authority for. I've lodged a complaint with them and if the response is unsatisfactory then I'll approach Trading Standards as something very fishy is going on here, a lot of people seem to have had the same experience. The discount code I used was legitimate, accepted by their website and it's only now, weeks later, that they have decided to do this.

Amazing levels of customer service. Not only do they do some amazing deals but the customer service is like nothing I've seen - I noticed an error I'd made with an order at 11pm. I dropped them an email, presuming someone would get back to me in the morning yet within minutes I was refunded and I could correctly order what I needed. Thanks to Adam, really impressive service!
