Awful - Just avoid if you need reliability

Order and waited for my delivery today between 1pm and 2pm. Come 3.30pm I've heard nothing. Contact customer service who tell me they will try and deliver between 6pm and 9pm but can't guarantee it and also any frozen items will not be part of the order. All this and I'm a smart pass customer. Sorry, was. Until about 5 minutes ago. Don't use them if you rely on your shopping at a certain time or day/need all the item in your order

Hi Barry, we are very sorry to hear that we were not able to get your order out at the original time for you yesterday. We always do everything that we can to get an order out on time, but due to issues beyond our control there can be delays which prevent us from delivering. You should have received a call from the driver to let you know that the order would not come on time, and we are sorry that you did not receive this. When it comes to getting the order back out later on, this does depend on resources, which is why it is not guaranteed, and we are not able to keep frozen items which is why these would not be delivered. If over a certain amount, we could look to get these rebooked for you, so you do not miss out. If you would like to discuss anything further, please contact one of our social media channels. - Rory
