Online prescription

For me, this was an amazing service. I used Asda Online Doctor as an alternative to trying to get an appointment with my GP. I was contacted shortly after completing the online form to say that my prescription had been approved and I was able to collect it at a convenient store later that day. I appreciate that this only works in certain cases, but it was a game-changer for me.

Had a problem with a few of the pictures which didn’t seem to go through and not responding quick enough, causing my order to be cancelled after waiting over a month. As soon as I reordered, and sent the missing photos again, my order was approved within 24hrs.

Unsafe advice and unwillingness to respond

If I could give this zero stars or tell you to avoid ASDA Online Dr at all costs I would. I have an ongoing dispute with them about warm mounjaro that was sent to me. I was advised to take it anyway because and I quote "our procedures tell us that it is safe to take if it is delivered within two days". They did not take into account that the cold bas were COMPELTELY melted. The took £360 out of my account and have sent me a holding email saying that they will respond in 30 working days. This happened over a month ago and no response; no one has gotten in touch with me either. I actually spoke to an ASDA pharmacist as well and was told NOT to take the medication as the cold chain had not been observed. When I told the ASDA online doctor rep that they said they would never tell me to take unsafe medication but I should still take it because they knew it was safe because that is their standard procedure. They didn't take into account the fact that I told them it was warm. Why would I lie? I want to take it? I asked if I could just swap it. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

The online process was simple and straight forward.
I was impressed with the delivery time and the up to date process that was given.

I was after antihistamine

I was after antihistamine. After filling in all my medical records as requested and clearly stated I was intolerant to lactose . You then sent me medication containing lactose which it clearly stated on the box . Very disappointing

Beware of scammers

Hi, my review of this company is terrible. On October 1, I ordered Monjaro there for 252£. The order was cancelled for me, the money was withdrawn from the bank directly. They were due to return it, but they returned it and the amount of 0.00£ is indicated. Swindlers!!!! To which I was told today to ask in my bank. And the amount to be refunded is 0.00£. It's just a crime and no one is responsible!!! Oh, horror!

Asda Pharmacy Turner Rise Colchester. Unfortunately on the few occasions I've had to pick up medication my experience has not been a good one.
Despite receiving my batch prescription and speaking with
the staff who then speak with the chemist
Each time I go in they never have the medication.I'm being asked to call them at least a week before and then to call them again to
make sure its in.
Then when I do arrive I'm being
asked to wait 30minutes.
Can I suggest that if as a chemist
you have a repeat batch
prescription for a customer that
you have the item in stock This
would be a much more proactive
and efficient way in dealing with
patients who have repeat
prescription and stop these
patients having to come back
which in turn creates a long queue
which spills out from the
boundary of the chemist into the shopping area.
However despite this the counter
staff are approachable and
friendly.
This site is small and very busy for such a large Asda.Maybe a bigger
area would benefit the heavy
footfall
