more notice and easier to change dates…

more notice and easier to change dates would be appreciated. The day before really is not long enough especially with "no reply" sites which cannot be contacted.
Once here the engineer was efficient

Global Pass mechanism NON FUNCTIONAL

The Global Pass mechanism DOES NOT WORK.
To add passenger 2, to book trains, to reserve seats ALL HAD TO BE DONE SEPARATELY - costing far more than it should have.
The kindness of strangers helping with luggage as two 76 year olds struggled with sticks, luggage & steps up & down was heartwarming. But does it have to be so complicated to get any of the tech to work??? We must have spent 6 hours booking journeys & seats - None of which would the Pass actually "adopt" as advertised.

No phone or other notification prior to…

No phone or other notification prior to arrival.
Attempted to say previous engineers visit fitting new seal not necessary - when in fact the pressure had been dropping and causing a real problem.
Attitude needs attention!

You recognised the matter was urgent…

You recognised the matter was urgent due to recently released from hospital status of my husband & that we are both mid 70's. The spare part was ordered, obtained & fitted within a few days.
The heating engineer (not Corgi but on their behalf seemed competent.

Pretty Unsatisfactory.

Pretty Unsatisfactory.
Turned up 3 hours early - when I was in another meeting. It was booked for pm for a good reason.
NO explanation of the IHD device - which does not work. No explanation how to plug it in or start it - the "button on the back" does not appear to exist - deciphering the instructions you sent - so completely pointless bit of kit..

Still not received although you took…

Still not received although you took the miney from my account many days ago.
DHL say variously:- due for deluvery 6th then 7th/ delayed/ can't read address/ due when???
Kindly get on to DHL and pounr out CB4 1HH covers about 60 houses - any of whom could tell them our 34 Kimberley Road address. Shambolic or what!

Looking in to this, I can see that the first line of the address was not provided when the order was placed online, so DHL were unable to deliver this parcel until the full address was provided.

I can see that this has been done and the parcel has now been delivered. Your address details have also been updated accordingly on our system.

Delivery help in lockdown & beyond…

I have used Marrfish for several years now. Only once has the delivery not been on time and in good order (and they were very apologetic).
The goods are fresh and often cook up into delicious meals to expand the range of food available. This is doubly important to the elderly or during times of limited mobility. Well Done!

What service?

What service? No contact for many years to see if circumstances or health or other needs had changed.
A woman finally appeared on the scene in place of the "ultimate professional" and contacted me to say various funds needed changing to "better performing" funds I was to be kept informed of progress - since when NOTHING.
The recent report on their poor performance does not surprise me at all - it mirrors my experience almost exactly.
