Auto charged a card fraudulently, customer service slow to reply and useless.

AVOID at all costs. This company is a scam. They tell you to cancel to not take payment, the only way to cancel is via contacting them. Well if you do don't expect a reply or the thing to be cancelled, shoddy business practices and really poor customer service.

Absolutely useless customer care.

Poor customer service, issues with the product and the customer service from a retailer and Klarna genuinely couldn't give a toss. They have wrongfully closed a dispute with the wrong amount after sending full information as requested from there team. I recommend you avoid using Klarna because they don't follow the regulatory rules as a payment provider.

Delayed credit due to tracking issues.

First high paying offer, paid instantly. Next I tried PU prime and 4/6 weeks later after not tracking or crediting I've finally been given my reward. Customer service responded and kept me up to date with the issue. Happy yes, do they take too long to pay out on tickets, yes, will I use again yes.

Poor customer experience. Especially when you are running DLM

I am very disappointed with Direct Line. I am forced to use these via mobility. As a mobility partner, you should be understanding and respectful of customers disabilities. Instead I have received the opposite from them. Your complaints handling is pretty poor. When a customer raises a issue, you should be putting in place things to prevent this happening in the future. This has not happened. I am shocked at how poorly they operate. I do not have any confidence in my insurance provider and honestly whish they go bust. They fully deserve it for not respecting customers health.

Instant discounted entry tickets.

Ordered via these for a zoo ticket entry. Entry price was advertised as 10% off, however the current conversion rate of 25 euros (the normal entry) to GBP was £21.43.. the advertised 10% off price. I did a quick Google and found a discount code and got it further down 10% in app.
Ticket was instantly given to me upon payment, ticket worked to enter. Very happy with the overall service. Just be wary of there advertised discounts.

Great customer service.

I initially visited this store to return some items due to poor customer service at a different store regarding a discount and it applying online but not at the till.
I was served instantly and after explaining the situation the lovely cashier got her manager to assist, after showing her the online price vs what was charged she was more than happy to sort this issue out. I kept insisting I'd do this online to prevent the store from getting into trouble for apparently double discounting,( this needs looking into and to be made clear on sites like BLC for example what it actually includes and excludes, because you use regular membership prices, which supposedly shouldn't be discounted again , from my understanding of what I've been told in store, but in the terms and conditions it says nothing at all regarding membership prices and just regarding other promotions... This should be made clear in the terms for the offer.)
I'm really happy that I was served by Katie + Sarah, as this prevented me having to wait for a delivery from online, Both offered great customer service and genuinely wanted to get my issue resolved, really do appreciate both of your help, and to say the difference in service levels between 2 stores is very very noticeable.

They overpay third party claims

Do not use.
This company has overpaid nearly 4K out on a claim which was submitted fraudulently by a third party.
Now I'm the one stuck with a stupidly high claim cost because they paid out on a fraudulent claim.
They're customer service has been awful. Every contact about this I get told sorry we can't release information to you. I got no notification that the claim had been settled after 1 year.
Please avoid this company, a complete sham.

Assulated in the park

Assulated in the park, Guest services rude and wouldn't make a complaint because the staff member was too busy trying to argue with me and my partner.

I was told to email them and I've had no response from the park. If you are calling this resolved please confirm via replying back to my email so I can arrange to take this further.

Do not visit. They do not care about you just your money.

Save 20% promo made them cheap again.

No problems with my recent order at discount dragon. Fast dispatch, items well packaged, with the recent 20% off promotion, these worked out to be the cheapest option on the market. (That much so I placed a last minute order before the voucher expired and spent another £50 with the site.
I see that the customer service levels have improved too, would recommend yes.

Not the best experience.

I initially ordered something and payed for express shipping, it was pointless of me buying this as it still took them 3/4 days to ship the item. (Not express as purchased.)

Item received and was faulty.

Contacted CPC via email and they were quite slow at replying initially. (Explained with a sorry we're experiencing high customer service enquiries.) (Actually automatically replied on every message.)
Return intiated with the first contact, unfortunately this was booked for 2 days away for collection and I was not at home. Contacted them back and got a new returns label. (UPS issue here not cpc's, but ups failed to collect and instead of waiting another day I returned to a UPS access point authorized from UPS).

They received my return on a Monday. No confirmation or anything from them until I had to contact them on the Friday. Another sorry we're busy email but they refunded me on the Monday with no response to my email. (Not the full amount though..?). I am so glad I paid via PayPal, because I opened a PayPal case up for the missing refund amount and less than 36 hours after submitting it, I finally received a full refund. (I contacted CPC about this but no reply. So decided I didn't want to wait and went via PayPal for the remainder.)

Honestly the only reason I've given 2 stars is because they initially delivered the item at a good price, and when being replied to the service was good. But the no replies to messages, *Express* shipping taking forever to actually ship, and to top it off not issuing a full refund for the amount.

Not the greatest service, won't be ordering from them again due to this experience.

This however does not explain as to why the delivery was longer than it should have been and this is something that we would need to take up with UPS.

No companies house registration.

Be very skeptical of this site. 1st no companies house registration which means no tax being paid.

Second they have stole another websites feature and put it on there own without any right too.

I tried to order but popped up scam by my card company.

Pretty annoyed

Pretty annoyed, My partner is a nurse we like to use the membership when shopping. So far this membership we have only managed to successfully use 1 offer.

4 other offers have not worked in the 4/5 months we have had the card. (Incorrect terms and conditions, expired codes, and also external links flag for approval from my email and they reject the request, also third party apps are not correctly linked up to BLCs system as in 2 months a fix has not happened for any errors i get.)

To be honest i feel the membership is not worth the money if BLC cant upkeep their offers.
Disappointed as when i originally joined they were brilliant.

I really do hope this review will get some bits fixed.

It's pointless asking me to put in tickets when I already have. You just repeat the same information to me and don't help.

Was not expecting such a great service.

Where to start?
I was very suspicious about ordering from temu but there was really no need.
I initially downloaded the temu app to see what the hype was about, of course some products are wasteful junk but some are actually very useful and supsringly cheap.
Free delivery promotion on with their summer sale and free returns, had a good browse and found a few items that had my interest, so I thought why not free delivery and returns, I would of actually spent more elsewhere for one of the items I purchased than I spent for the whole order which was a shocker.
I placed my order and while it was processing, I found this amazing feature where you can add more products to your initial order without extra charges (just pay for the product), well this app restocks constantly because I found another item 1/4 of the price I'd be paying elsewhere and added that to my first order.

So this is where you either get a great experience with temu or an okay experience, Items were shipped out using Royal Mail delivery method and to my suprise turned up 5 days later. (23rd order date-28th delivery date). What in the world, so fast at shipping and I had a pre order item too.
If you get the short straw (Hermes) you'll be waiting longer. (Tried and tested with a second order placed at the exact same time. Hasn't turned up yet.)
The Products ordered arrived quickly, and again to my suprise are actually good quality, they also have the correct CE markings for example and supposedly conform to UK electrical standards.
I ordered a t-shirt, the sizing compared to branded items is just a little out, larger than you'd expect. I decided to return this item as I would of preferred a smaller one. Here's where this really shocks me and to be honest makes me want to use the app again, I initiated a return request for the 1 item, stated the reason and the system auto refunded me without shipping being needed. (They say please keep it, recycle it, or donate it. ) What is this app/site, it's bloody brilliant. (PS please keep free delivery option and get rid of Hermes 🙏).
