DPD got cheap and cut customer service.

The whole of DPD is shambolic.
To not have real customer service people is a downfall you'll never be able to come back from.
Nobody and I mean nobody likes the crappy automatic chat you have. Or the automatic phone line.
You don't listen and don't complete the service paid for. And to make it 100% worse. Every time I'm on the motorway I always get DPD vans speeding @ 90mph+. Take responsibility. Get real customer service for the customers. And simply just stop delivering to people. I actually use to love DPD but they're now absolute garbage.

Avoid don't take responsibility for items they sell+ harrasment too

What an awful company to harass ex customers.
You don't take responsibility for items sold by yourselfs.

Update you've replied but genuinely I cannot open the letters because they're not addressed to me... I've returned them to sender and you still send them out?

Also as a online only retailer your option to close your account via telephone only isn't right.
People with mental issues won't use telephones... You sign people up online let us delete accounts online. Also maybe provide a support email instead of a 24/7 chat box that is literally stupid. Didn't use ai did you?

STOP spamming aka calling emailing etc , your not contacting the right person for a start. Secondly your causing extreme mental upset so please just STOP trying to contact about this. I've said what I needed to say and it's all the truth. Seriously go away. You should be done for harrasment

SONY as a company avoid.

Broken products since launch, you don't take responsibility for said broken items even in your Warranty. (Thank god for credit card providers).

Shambles of company

Complete shambles of a company. Purchased *Express* Delivery at 11.30AM on a Wednesday. Garunteed to be dispatched same day if ordered before 4.30PM.
Friday PM dispatched. Delivery Monday.
Absolutely awful crappy service. Customer service non at all you get given a case number... I don't want a case number I want to know where the hell my order is.

Order was stolen by DPD
PS. I've been through 2 PS5s since launch both crashing constantly.

STAY CLEAR- they don't listen. I phoned to raise a complaint and they wouldn't open it.. they claimed they couldn't start a complaint because I wasn't a customer... Not what your website says.

Swagbucks is a great site!

Swagbucks is a great site that once learnt the basics, you can get free ££s back from playing mobile games, completing surveys, getting cashback, watching videos even from simply searching within swagbucks.
An amazing site that like said once learnt you'll be earning free ££ in no time. (If logging in daily each month and completing your first bonus, you get 625 streak bonus, added with daily goals bonus, should give you roughly £5 @ 700 points.) That's £5 a month for literally 10/30 minutes a day!


It's simple to sign up and start earning, any issues and they're customer support is one of the best in the business.
I personally cannot fault the team whenever I do have issues.


Unfortunately a star lost because of these issues such as surveys not tracking. (Since 2022 theyve improved greatly), transactions not tracking.
(If you have evidence such as screenshots and emails regarding the completed missing offer) once ticketed out to support they follow up very quickly!


Currently the cost of living is very stressfull at the moment but with using swagbucks nearly daily throughout the year and being savy with savings from the site, it's helped me to the point of its paid for 2021/22 + 22/23 XMas gifts, a passport, even stretched to a few weekend getaways.
I would honestly be lost without this site, and with my situation (needing surgery) it's a life saver where I can spend any time resting (surgery) into SB.
I can't wait to carry on using and earning swagbucks in the future,

I had an issue with my order

I had an issue with my order. I cannot fault Eliquid base for their customer service and there resolution to my issue.
I have used Eliquid base previously and have had zero issues. Unfortunately one arose on this order and upon 3 days of contacting the team, they've replied back and sorted my whole issue out.
I genuinely do really appreciate your team going that extra mile to help me out.
I will definitely be back ☺️!

A review of the TGTG Platform, not individual outlets!

Too Good To Go is a mobile application that you can download and *Maybe* save food waste from *Signed up* Places.
*Maybe as I see some places using this as an extra rev source instead of food waste*.
*Signed-up places vary from location to location- In my city, we have brands such as Millies Cookies, Greene King, Starbucks, Costa Coffee, Krispy Kreme and so much more.- Also independent places that have been signed up to Too Good To Go.*

For the customer- You create an account- share your location and the app will load up all the local places that are signed up to the app. Each day *Signed up* Places can and will list a *Magic Bag* that can be collected at the business set collection time on the app for a discounted rate. The magic bag varies from store to store- brand to brand, it can contain anything that that place usually sells, The food inside is normally fresh to that day, and instead of going to waste/ App users can buy the end of the day *Magic Bag/Food* When available and listed of course!
A great app, just a shame you guys won't invent a referral system, let the app users recommend businesses to you guys, if successful give us free credit for magic bags. A Win-Win for everyone!

I had to come back to update! 5*s for taking onboard comments and feedback! I'm really happy to say they've fixed packaging issues and it comes posted perfectly now! Top marks to your team for that.
I do understand your reply regarding prescription times, and do think improvement could be made but generally if your organised this wouldn't be a issue for yourself.
Will be a longtime customer, and genuinely it's so lovely to see feedback being taken onboard!

I am sorry to hear of the problems you have experienced and welcome your feedback.

As you are new to our service, its worth mentioning our timescales, as these may help with future orders.

We do usually ask you to order when you get down to your last 10 working days of medication, the reason for this, is that it can take up to 48 hours for your GP to authorise your prescription, longer in some cases. Once the prescription is received electronically, within an hour of being prescribed by the GP, we may need to order stock in and then send the medication by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service and if a weekend falls in between this can delay your medication.

I am sorry to hear both your parcels were received squashed, please accept my apologies. In order to facilitate letterbox delivery, medication boxes must be under 24mm to fit in the largest letterbox sized parcels.

We do ensure the parcels we dispatch are in a fit transit state before sending, whilst damage to the parcel itself is uncommon, it can happen during transit so please accept my apologies.

I am pleased to hear the medication inside the parcel is okay, if you ever find anything is damaged, you simply need to let us know and we will help arrange a replacement.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused and once again thank you for your feedback, this help us improve our service to you in the future.

Used to be echo and used to be…

Used to be echo and used to be excellent.
The past few orders they've delayed my medicine for nearly 2 weeks which is unacceptable.
A thing thats made me leave this review is if they for whatever reason find a cheaper supplier off your tablet they'll just change it. Not happy at all, how can you change a specific request for a brand because they're not powder coated.
Because of their stupid change without telling me, I've now got stupid amounts off tablets I can't take.
I can't get another prescription for them either.
Absolutely useless and only cares about profit. Avoid at all costs.

Hi Adam, if you need a particular brand of medication then we can provide this but it needs to be specified on the prescription by the GP. If it is specified on the top line, we will always provide it. If the prescription is generic then we will send what we have in stock.

So I came across candymail via a Google search of m and ms (looking for the cheapest place to buy in bulk) and this website appeared on Google ads! The variety on this website is amazing, not only just for m and ms but a whole range of international sweets cholcate candy and snacks! Flavours and varites you could only dream of being available in the UK! After browsing the site through all pages I went to checkout! Their checkout process is simple and easy to use! And even better has a PayPal option for peace of mind! Savy shoppers can find discount codes off their order (aka 10% off) but these are of course valid as per terms of each coupon code! Luckily I found one of these codes! Simple to apply and easily visible to apply unlike other websites! After payment I received a order confirmation where within 12 hours of order they had picked and generated a shipping label ready for the courier to deliver! A tracking link was supplied for the standard shipping option which I must say with the current worldwide pandemic arrived within 3 working days of being placed (working days as order placed on Friday and received Monday)! Items arrived well packaged so no damages could happen to the parcel and all contents inside the parcel come with a pick note / customer receipt! First time shopping at candymail.co.uk defiantly won't be the last! 10/10 from website functionality to end product being received!
