Not the best experience.
I initially ordered something and payed for express shipping, it was pointless of me buying this as it still took them 3/4 days to ship the item. (Not express as purchased.)
Item received and was faulty.
Contacted CPC via email and they were quite slow at replying initially. (Explained with a sorry we're experiencing high customer service enquiries.) (Actually automatically replied on every message.)
Return intiated with the first contact, unfortunately this was booked for 2 days away for collection and I was not at home. Contacted them back and got a new returns label. (UPS issue here not cpc's, but ups failed to collect and instead of waiting another day I returned to a UPS access point authorized from UPS).
They received my return on a Monday. No confirmation or anything from them until I had to contact them on the Friday. Another sorry we're busy email but they refunded me on the Monday with no response to my email. (Not the full amount though..?). I am so glad I paid via PayPal, because I opened a PayPal case up for the missing refund amount and less than 36 hours after submitting it, I finally received a full refund. (I contacted CPC about this but no reply. So decided I didn't want to wait and went via PayPal for the remainder.)
Honestly the only reason I've given 2 stars is because they initially delivered the item at a good price, and when being replied to the service was good. But the no replies to messages, *Express* shipping taking forever to actually ship, and to top it off not issuing a full refund for the amount.
Not the greatest service, won't be ordering from them again due to this experience.
