A faultless delivery.

I ordered a bulky item via Amazon (marketplace seller), and AIT/Panther was the chosen logistics/delivery agent.

Overall a great service from start to end, I was kept informed about my delivery via text messages and email, order tracking was superb, it showed the live tracking of the driver and key information which helped me with timings of the delivery itself. (I was given a 2 hour delivery slot, which the item arrived within.) The 2 man team were professional and helpful with the delivery and offered great customer service, even calling me before hand to confirm arrival of the item.

Huge thank you for the ease and quickness of delivery of the item.

5* Service.

After a few bad experiences, they still try to offer great service.

I left an order until last minute, needing my prescription to arrive before my holiday and Alternaleafs service during contact regarding this was amazing.

They ensured my prescription was expedited, and quickly produced my travel letter with details on how to transport / request authorization for the controlled substance.

Compared to previous experiences, they really went out of there way to ensure I was looked after, and my medication arrived before going away.

Really appreciate the service and help with my most recent contact.

Based on this most recent experience, I would certainly recommend them.

Questionable business practices.

Disappointed with Trustpilot. I’ve had genuine, honest reviews removed without clear explanation, even though they followed the guidelines. It feels like the platform sometimes favors businesses over transparency. Trust is key for a review site and right now, that’s lacking.

Missing items on prescription after discussion in follow up appointment.

I had to wait way too long for a follow up appointment because Alterneaf did not inform me that I needed one before a new prescription would be issued, I finally get one and the items are wrong as to what was discussed in my appointment.

An absolute joke, I heavily question why medical users are forced to go through this, when you should be able to GYO without the high price medical cannabis costs.. it's a complete shambolic system which is set up to milk cannabis users for every penny, they will reply to this but change absolutely nothing with their operations.. I would honestly say this whole company is set up for the wrong reasons and this whole sector needs serious reform and the government are failing us.

Oversubscribed.

Poor communication from Alternaleaf meaning no prescription for 10+ days due to their oversubscribed service. Products constantly going out of stock meaning re write after re write is needed. This shows that medical cannabis users should not have to rely on for profit companies for their medication and should be allowed to GYO with seeds supplied by a regulated body.

Something needs to change with this company because it's going downhill very quickly!

Pros - Super fast dispatch and delivery. (Thank you for the free upgrade from RM 24 to DPD to Garuntee NDD), items purchased were listed at great prices with helpful genuine reviews on each product to help aid decision making.
Items arrived exactly as described and well packaged.

Cons - Honestly Non.

Cheapest prices on the market (when ordering via Wilko's), and same day click & collect.

I needed 2 items last minute at 4 o'clock on a Monday afternoon, I was browsing the range, Wilko's, Dunelm, Argos and other same day retailers, Wilko's website had the 2 items showing for an incredibly good price, I tried to find the same items on the range's website as it was being collected via the range, however one was not showing as stocked or even listed which I thought was odd.

I decided to order via Wilko's website, the 1 hour click and collect banner was not 100% accurate and the order was confirmed as picked in 2 hours, luckily just enough time to go and collect both of the items.

The In-store service was top notch, my items were ready for collection upon arrival, and the service offered by staff was to a high standard.

For the price paid Vs other retailers, and the simplicity of collection and the service offered, I would definitely use the click and collect service again.

Super experience.

Really happy I found this shop, great service from the company, a real hidden gem.

Personally dispatched the same day, and delivered on a Sunday (DPD), faster than Amazon prime.

The price I paid for my order was 20% cheaper than elsewhere on the market, I was extremely hesitant about ordering from here due to lack of reviews etc, but I am really happy I did. I will be back for sure.

Eventually honoured the policy

I purchased warranty for a refrigerator when purchasing at a retailer and was offered a monthly protection plan from Pacifica, UK warranty,s own company.

They were initially really helpful with opening the claim, the engineer showed within a reasonable time to inspect the problem and did a terrible temporary fix.

Within 24 hours the *fix* had broken again. I recontacted Pacifica who advised a new part was needed for repair and to await the part.

Unfortunately the part never came into stock and the problem got worse, so we phoned back up a few weeks later and was told they would escalate it further.

A week or 2 later they have refunded me in full the initial purchase amount for the fridge.

Overall quite happy with the end result, however the journey was not simple and there is room for improvement on the communication side for the repair, 3 months from start to finish in my eyes is a little too long for this type of repair to fixed.

My parents won a £250 voucher via a competition.

I was really surprised to hear when my parents called and mentioned she had won a £250 voucher through shopimum and a competition (thank you guys).

I regularly use the app, and they have great offers on to try new items and even some brand favourites,the customer service team always goes above and beyond to help when needed.

I do wish the minimum wallet balance was removed though my only gripe, but not enough to loose you a star.

Appreciate your app, and offers. Thanks guys.

Happy so far.

I chose this pharmacy due to the range of products on offer for my prescription needs.
I'm only on order 2 but have used other pharmacies, the first order perfect from point of notification of receipt of prescription to dispatch.
This 2nd order has raised concerns, but they have rectified each concern within the space of a few hours ensuring my prescription will be delivered on time.

Yes they might not be available to answer the phone straight away, but when trying again later on, They were very helpful and quickly rectified a problem re stock.

(If business is good, maybe hire an admin assistant to help with queries etc, it would help the customers experience.)

If they can replicate my order 1 experience and make each prescription redemption as seamless and simple as possible, this is honestly a great pharmacy, which won't charge a delivery fee and has a great range of products and good customer service when reached. I really recommend montu and if they make suggested improvements as businesses grows, they will be kept as my main choice.

I Started with a black Friday SIM only monthly plan offer from mozillion, great price plan with ees network.
Moved onto 24M Unlimited plan for a impressive offer. The service/network where I live is really good, and I'm happy with my plan so far.
The move was simple and quick, customer service were great, a super thank you to Gary. Over the new year's and Christmas he was on hand to help with all queries, a gem to your company.

Really poor viewing experience, with poor mortgage offer from advisor.

As a potential buyer, I don't appreciate being mislead with information. I enquired about a house and was told I'd be the first to view the property, this was not the case at all and lost out because of this.

The mortgage offer given was not at a good rate VS other high street providers, so would advise using them as a last resort.
