Great concept, but i hate these sought of subscriptions, they make money off you forgetting to cancel, cough 7 days free then £29.99 monthly charge, yeah no thanks, got my free shipping with £5 voucher and cancelled straight away.
Could be beneficial if you shop online at retailers that it supports but for £29.99 thats 10 delivery fees.

Overall good, Products on offer, voucher code offered. Items instock. Downside they use Hermes. I can guarantee Wilkinsons didn't ship my box ripped open, but arriving at a parcel shop It was ripped open and the owner of the shop asked me to check everything was there. Luckily it was due to it being a case. Another downside, once you've actually picked up your order you still get bombarded with your item is ready for collection emails. (No joke I picked my order up and since picking it up I've repeatedly had emails saying your item is ready for collection.) It annoys me that the system isn't smart enough to recognise your orders been picked up to stop sending the emails. Would I shop here again, yes, but pay the premium to avoid Hermes and there god damn awful service.
Ordered Wednesday 22.30PM, item dispatched Thursday evening, item received Friday - Free delivery method too. Thank you 👍 I appreciate the upgrade on delivery. As usual the items are very well priced and you can buy in bulk to save even more. I always end up coming back to these guys because they're the only online store I can rely on to deliver the exact vape I want. Even better they seem to always have a discount code on when Im ordering. Free delivery is always a bonus. Like above thank you for the quick and easy purchase.
Customer service quick at responding, DPD delivered on Sunday which I wasn't expecting. Great prices on food items. Even better when they have promotion codes online for money off.
Only improvement I could suggest making is faster dispatch times and clearer delivery charges. (PL post codes, as nowhere onsite it says you charge extra. Only at checkout process.) Great site though!
If staff were all trained to the correct information it'd be 5 stars, but it took 3 contact attempts to get correct information regarding tarrifs. (To be fair they credited my bill for this mix up).
Every other contact has been great, answered quickly, and no trying to sell me other products. Have contacted them for a few different things, and each time everything gets resolved instantly, and to be honest they're actually quite helpful. Moved from Utilita and oh my, what a difference in service levels. Cheaper energy and 100% better customer service. Kind of regretting not doing this move earlier.

Called the RAC out to help with a *Recovery*. Initially told on the phone it would be 5/8hours because of priority. (Fair enough). I received a call 4/5 hours later asking if they would be okay to come out the following day and gave me a time slot for arrival. The following day the time slot came and went and nobody bothered to call or message me. Approximately 50 minutes after my time slot had been and gone, a *Contractor*wrang me and said he wouldn't be able to fit his vehicle to my location. So wouldn't bother to help. Complete lies from the contractor as a bin lorry can get up and down this road with zero issues. Closed the request and then asked for feedback. If it wasn't a Contractor then maybe this review would of been different and the outcome different. Atleast the AA is good at not using contractors and employing their own mechanics in AA vans. (Customer safety too).

A little confused by the tracking system yodel use. I was expecting a parcel on Friday the 9th. The parcel tracking showed delivery for Monday the 12th, and it showed up on the expected date. Semi confusing.
Always loved Yankee bundles/ Discount Dragon. But the last month or 2 the sites gone downhill. Minimum order value is now at 20.00? Id rather have the option to pay for delivery and not be forced to spend more money on things you don't want. Then your *Standard free* delivery. It's ridiculous that you take 5-7 days to ship these free parcels out. Then if you decide you want it sent out faster it's 1.99 extra, seems like a huge scam.
Prices aren't actually that great on some items. Gone are the days this company was providing deals for customers and not profit.

Wow just wow... I was trying to be suggestive as these things are things you've generally lost from the website. Didn't have a problem with your response to my return request at all, the difference isn't worth the environmental impact of a return.

Be honest though and say that paying extra for faster dispatch isn't a money making enterprise? As customers surely we all deserve a fast Dispatch from warehouse with short dated items potentially. I have zero issues with a premium delivery option for more as they charge more for the service.
And yes I do have issues with minimum spends... Id rather a basket surcharge or something like that. (Or the old way of paying for the shipping).
Again so professional to bring up past orders, but I'll happily say I enjoyed the many cases I bought from you guys with zero issues at all. Also the other stuff I've bought too.
Your response too is so unprofessional, like seriously go hire someone because your actually a decent business model. Let down by you clearly lacking basic customer service skills.
PS I didn't mention the return thing because this review has nothing to do with that. it's got to do with you guys charging extra for faster dispatch which is what I called a scam. The added minimum spend which has appeared. And also the fact of prices can be as cheaper as 1.99 elsewhere delivery included . Which for short-dated items it seems like D/D got a terrible deal on.

It's my understanding from the communication that you had with us that the price you paid for one of your items you then found for less elsewhere. At no point did you complain about any of the points you've made in your review here.
We don't hide anything from you, we make our delivery times very clear at the checkout and also in other areas of our website.
Likewise, the price of the item you complained about by email was also there to be seen by you prior to your purchase. Nothing is hidden and nothing is a "huge scam". We are totally transparent every step of the way.
We constantly monitor and analyse our pricing to always try to give the best value, and upon Googling the product in question and showing no bias, the first 5 results provide an average price of £9.84 excluding any delivery charges, or cost of petrol if it's a supermarket you have to travel to.
You paid £8.99 which is an 8.5% saving on this average. Admittedly, most of the savings on our site are greater than this, but not all products afford us the luxury of big reductions. We always price as best we can to bring you the best possible value.
It's a shame you haven't left us positive reviews for your previous orders to tell readers about the savings you made on your twice-purchased energy drinks (59%) among other items you were presumably happy with.
As we said in our email to you, anything you are not satisfied with, for whatever reason, you are more than welcome to return to us for a full refund.
Couldn't recommend Eliquid Base more. There prices are always competitive, Customer service when contacting them is awesome. Mike your a credit to the company, really do appreciate the service received. I will be back in a few months to re order. Honestly wouldn't go elsewhere!

Purchased GBP PSN top ups, shopped around and ShopTo saved me 10% + compared to RRP. Instant delivery, secure checkout process. Overall a easy site to use, and a great reputable company.
I've used TOPCASHBACK a few times this year, so far claiming £130 back free for purchases I would usually earn nothing on. The sites tracked on nearly all of my purchases. But it's pretty easy to manually submit a claim when it's not tracked. (Compared to other cashback sites, I'd say theirs is one of the better ones). Looses the 1 star as payout times from initial transaction can be a while, maybe allow a membership based on loyalty / previous successful cashback claims,and give them the ability to early track a transaction, even one every 6 months or something.
I have always used comparison sites to ensure getting the best deal for my insurance needs. This time this site saved me over £1,000 compared to others. I'm genuinely thankful for this saving when the cost of living is so high. Thank you 😊

Not sure on where to really start with HS (HomeSwapper.co.uk). Initially you register for the site, input information such as current housing information, what your looking for, where etc. Once entered there website will automatically match you into potential matches. (Matches being someone else on the site who's potentially looking for a home like yours, based on what you've entered.) You can also multi swap on the site with another third partys house. You can swap to anywhere in England, as long as your match wants to swap and your current property passes checks+ inspection. It's a amazing tool for people looking to either move out of area, stay in area and downsize/up size, Or even if you just fancy a change of scenery. Don't be disheartened if people don't reply or aren't interested, everyone has their own wants/needs. Something that needs improvement is the messaging system. Also needs an APK for mobile devices. Genuinely really appreciate the website and what it enables you to do.
Used this site to purchase a dog flea collar. Offered a 10% off new customer promotional offer which was welcomed. Competitively priced products, postage would of been free, but I upgraded to a faster delivery. Within 48 hours of order being placed the item has arrived. Really impressed with the turnaround time. Would definitely use again.
Pharmacy closed, no notice (But still accepting prescriptions via 111). To make it worse because of the no notice of closure, you've left a elderly woman outside in the heat with a oxygen tank on needing her medication.
Short staffed 24/7 and not fit to run.

Our Regional Management Team would always work to ensure that our stores have cover. However, due to unexpected circumstances this may not always happen, and we have no other choice but to close the store.
Could you please confirm the postcode of the store and I will ensure this is fed back?
I spent over 2 hours on the phone to them after they stole my original top up amount. To be apparently all sorted. I top up again next week and they take money off me. Oh wait another 2 hour wait. Absolutely disgusting.
Worst company to deal with. You cannot get through the phone to them. You literally make me want to kill myself while on hold. EMPLOY MORE PEOPLE.

Great site, really surprised to see the option for free Next Day Delivery when spending £50+. Well worth subscribing to their emails for stock information. Really happy with my order. Great site, and again that free NDD option when spending 50+ is great to see. Only left this review for others as there's not many for this company, I checked before hand but risked it. Risk payed off well.
Great site, not so sure about the new delivery shipping options.
Would also love an option to sign up for if any select brands come up for sale onto the site. Generally a great site with great products that are clearly labelled.
