Hi there,
We regularly assess your credit profile, including how you manage your card with us and how you manage credit products with other lenders. Your interest rate is being increased to reflect changes in our assessment of your credit profile. We consider a number of factors when performing this assessment including how you manage your card with us (such as failed or missed payments on your account, and whether you’ve gone over your credit limit or were close to doing so) as well as how you manage products you hold with other lenders.
Please note that your annual interest rate is variable and remains linked to the Bank of England’s Base Rate.
If you are unhappy with these changes to your terms and conditions, you are welcome to let us know that you wish to close your account by the date shown on the notice regarding the changes to your terms and condition, and these changes will not come into effect. If you request to close your account, you would no longer be able to use your card. If you request to close your account and there is an existing balance on your account, your account will be put into paydown, where you can no longer use the card and you are required to meet your minimum payments until the balance is paid off. Please note that once your account is put into paydown or closed, this is irreversible.

Many thanks,
The Zable Team
