Ordered 5 doors one came damaged…

Ordered 5 doors one came damaged .Delivery driver said do you want it ? be reet with a bit of Filler on just a Grade B really .I said no thanks

When they left I looked at the doors and decided that I didnt like them so called there after sales team Elliot if I purchase 5 more could be do a deal and pay for their courier as you owe me door anyhow to " leave it with me sent me a blank email"

Ignored me all afternoon 3 emails sent then I get another courier email trying to arrange the redeilvery of the 5th door.

If Elliot could be bothered they would have had another 5 or 600 quid sale on top and I woud have paid a ton to swap the doors i didnt like.

If Elliot was sales minded and kept me happy he could of had a conversation realised I am in the middle of 50K spend and made his director happy with some more doors and spends

Now hes sold me dissapointment no apology for the cracked Grade B door I wont be back and I will be telling every man and his dog about the poor service

Gary, we feel you've not really given us chance to sort this. One door was rejected as damaged, when this is reported on delivery a replacement order gets naturally placed. Elliot sent you an email so you had a direct contact rather than an "aftersales" or "sales" inbox. You advised you wanted to swap to a Mexicano design which we could have done for you, but we need time to work out costs, transport and collection. We were in the process of doing this when you called to cancel because you had sourced a replacement elsewhere. The replacement door has been cancelled as per your request and we will cancel the enquiry for the white Suffolk. We will credit the card used to pay originally with the retail value of the door.
