My niece was pleased with her card but…

My niece was pleased with her card but the photo she sent me was not the same as the card I had ordered. I was disappointed at the lack of flowers.

Dreadful service

Dreadful service. My parcels were delivered to the wrong address, photo was of someone else’s doorway with carpet, my floor is wood. When you try to contact them to tell them you get an automated call. When you finally fill in all their questions they keep telling you they have delivered even though the photo for two different suppliers is the same picture. Both suppliers have different packaging and they take no notice whatsoever of you telling them you have NOT got your parcel. Terrible customer service.
STILL waiting for my two parcels, maybe a fiddle going on with their drivers.

AT LAST Parcel has arrived.

Three parcels have gone missing this…

Three parcels have gone missing this week. The photo taken was not my address I think a fiddle is going on with Hermes who it is impossible to contact by phone they are all recorded messages. I can’t order from you anymore unless you sort out Hermes.
Having now spoken to Wayfair they were very helpful, unlike Hermes, and are tracing my parcel or will replace it. Thank you Wayfair.

Disgusting Service? I…

As it is now several weeks since I ordered £58 of make-up which has STILL not arrived and although I telephoned and emailed over and over again, nobody has done anything this company is a disgrace and should give me my money back but they totally ignore me. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Finally they agreed, after this review, to refund my money but I have to wait ONE WEEK. Went to Boots.

This firm does a hatchet job so…

This firm does a hatchet job so insurers don’t pay claims. They also tell lies saying “oh yes this is accidental damage” and then go back and say it’s down to wear and tear. Disgusted that a so called reputable firm like Churchills should use such underhanded tactics. Be warned on both these disreputable firms.
