Sorry not your usual standard

Sorry not your usual standard, the boots were not sheepskin but black padded material and the tray didn’t arrive. The crutches were good as was the phone.
The tray finally arrived after complaining to the company but still not happy with the boot.

The service was good at first but now very slow.

The service was very good at first but now extremely slow. My husband has a catheter and needs leg bags and night drainage bags. Despite ordering well in advance we waited too long and ran out of night bags causing a great deal of distress. We ordered some from another company and received them the very next day. Will not order from this company again.

Good Afternoon Mrs M Cook,

Thank you for your review.

Some items have to be ordered in from the suppliers specially and this can only be done once a prescription has been received.

We do usually ask you to order when you get down to your last 14 day’s worth of medication, the reason for this, is that it can take up to 48 hours for your GP to authorise your prescription, longer in some cases. Once the prescription is received electronically we may need to order stock in and then send the medication by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service and if a weekend falls in between this can delay your medication.

As you can imagine our service is in high demand with the current situation. Due to this, our normal processing timescale had been increased to a 5 day delay.

We appreciate your patience and can only apologise for the delay that has been caused.
