Up till now ok but latest order left my husband in a terrible mess. Needed night bags as incontinent. He was first told there was a three day delay and then told they were waiting for the doctors approval, in the mean time a man with a catheter had no bags. DISGRACEFUL!

I am sorry to hear of this situation, I can advise that this order is now processing through our dispensary and will be dispatched shortly.
We do usually ask you to order when you get down to your last 10 working day’s worth of medication, the reason for this, is that it can take up to 48 hours for your GP to authorise your prescription, longer in some cases. Once the prescription is received electronically we may need to order stock in and then send the medication by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service and if a weekend falls in between this can delay your medication.

The bouquet looked lovely at first but I noticed some of the roses seemed to be very wilted. I am good with roses and usually manage to keep them for three weeks but with these four of them were dead in three days. The Lily’s were not open so have lasted seven days. Plant food was not included but luckily I had some rose food or they would not have lasted at all. I much prefer Interflora.

Ordered a ramp but unfortunately the catalogue did not have dimensions so it didn’t fit, not my fault but got charged for the return. Not happy. Since writing this review CareCo have agreed to refund my return charge. Thank you.
