This company is new to me but I hope they will be alright. Very easy to log on and good rates.

The tree cutters were quick did all I asked to trim my trees and cleared up afterwards leaving no mess in my garden. A marvellous job.

Came early and driver said he had tried to let me know but couldn’t get through. I had to let him through the house as I can’t get to the gate because of my disability. Normally my carer opens the gate if I am given enough notice.

As I have said numerous times as a new customer I would like initially to see my documents. After the initial payment I wouldn’t need these.

Delivered fairly quickly. Driver always good.

The driver didn’t wait for me to go to the door he forced the package through my letterbox.

Some items are received very quickly and are super quality but some are a disappointment and VERY slow to deliver.

Fast delivery good quality goods. Soooo much better than anything on eBay.

I ordered from eBay for the first time. First a pink flea collar for my cat as she catches mice. What arrived was a very small pink wire brush. Second an electric flea comb which only use was a torch as the flea zapper did not work. I will never buy from eBay again and just glad I didn’t spend very much money.

With some firms you are very fast at delivery but I have found that with JD Williams goods they take much longer.

Usually good value and quick delivery

Despite their drivers being good this firm is very slow in delivering goods and at Christmas take an age to deliver. Other firms are much quicker.

A bit hit and miss on my birthday. One arrangement arrived on the 5th July ordered in Australia and is still mostly ok the other arrangement ordered in Bedfordshire arrived on the 8th July and a lot have died. It might be the hot weather although my lounge is usually very cool and I change the water and feed often and trim the stems.

Took a long time from informing us the parcel was coming to the actual delivery
