Very quick delivery goods always excellent.

Since our regular driver retired the service has gone from 5 to 1 star. Give elderly people TIME to get to the door and don’t argue with the customer when they say they were in and the driver says they couldn’t get an answer. Bad service now!

New person delivering is very nice. We do miss our former driver who was excellent, sorry he retired.

Different driver to our usual chap who is excellent but this one was very nice.

Dreadful service, waited weeks and finally told Hermes didn’t receive it. No compensation hardly any apology from VERY slow replies. Ow ordered from another company. Will not use these people again.
