Bought an air condenser which was described as new but was leaking gas when mechanic put in, have started a return but the company doesn’t reply to my messages regarding compensation for having to pay mechanic again to fit or whether they will send out another part to replace

Refused to pay for sudden mechanical failure on my daughters car when this was covered under her warranty terms Total scammers saying wear and tear when it has nothing to do with that, they always look for an excuse not to pay out

Scammers and they don’t reply to emails when something goes wrong Was not even informed of a test date that was allegedly booked so lost £62 which they won’t reply to regarding refund. Will take them to court to get money back.
First appointment my daughter had, they had no appointments to come to our home so she had to go to local garage and they had ordered wrong glass Next appointment nobody turned up Next appointment brought wrong glass again Fourth appointment got it right A month of driving around with no rear windscreen, whereas another company who did my husbands car got it right first time and fitted within days

Spoke to agent Bledar Unhelpful company Wouldn’t assist in cancellation when an airline changed return airport and times of flights which I wasn’t happy with , then agent stopped communicating, very unprofessional Will never use last minute again and no wonder ratings are so low

Hi Nina, thanks for you feedback and I am sorry to hear this, Upon checking your booking I can see the airline has made some schedule changes to the timings of your outbound and inbound flights.
In regards to the agent you spoke with I can see they answered all your questions and at the end of the chat asked 'Is there anything else I can assist you with?' and as there was no response from you, the chat was closed after waiting 10 minutes.
Your original booking confirmation email shows the flights you selected originally where departing and arriving to different London based airports. Please note the airport destinations have not changed from your original booking.
One of our agents will be in touch shortly with you to discuss your issue and look into this to assist you further.
I had a leaking tank for over a year which caused a lot of damage to a bedroom The engineer diagnosed it as leaking shower from silicone and grout British Gas refused to pay out when a second plumber from another company correctly found and repaired the fault. I was paying £60 a month for homecare cover and cancelled it. Went on Go Compare and my policy is now £18 a month with homeserve. I suggest everyone leave British Gas due to extortionate prices and poor service.

I was sent wrong engine 2 weeks ago. The wrong engine was collected by seller but he won’t refund my money , nor have enginesod helped at all. Enginesod took a commission. They have not refunded the commission and I have lost £1345 and now have to go to court to get my money back. Do not use this company for any purchase.
No food delivered but I was charged £34 anyway for the non arrival of food The driver apparently called me while I was on the M25. As I didn’t answer phone as it would have been illegal, that was too bad. Customer service would not refund me. They’ve been delivering to my address weekly for two years. They have lost my family as a customer. Hope the £34 you kept now worth the loss. Use Uber Eats instead

Avoid like the plague. They take 30-40 mins answer phones and broadband poor from day one. It drops connection every few minutes but when you call them they make excuses like it takes 10 days to settle down , just to take you over your cancellation period I bet? They get you to do speed test and then don’t do anything about it to fix problem so I cancelled contract and direct debit. They can take me to court for the cancellation fee they want. They’ve got the nerve to charge for a service they don’t provide. Much better off with BT as had no problems, just switched as they were cheaper

I am recently sorry you have been having issues calling us, we are aware the wait times have sometimes been high recently and are trying to take measures to rectify this.
In relation to the 10 day training period, this shouldn't cause drop outs this frequent, you may just see some fluctuations in speed so sounds like there is an issue somewhere.
With regards to cancellation fee this would be applicable if you are out of the 14 day cancellation period, as although you may have had issues with your service, you need to allow us reasonable time to investigate your issue and we would then refund back the downtime.
