Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague. They take 30-40 mins answer phones and broadband poor from day one. It drops connection every few minutes but when you call them they make excuses like it takes 10 days to settle down , just to take you over your cancellation period I bet? They get you to do speed test and then don’t do anything about it to fix problem so I cancelled contract and direct debit. They can take me to court for the cancellation fee they want. They’ve got the nerve to charge for a service they don’t provide. Much better off with BT as had no problems, just switched as they were cheaper

I am recently sorry you have been having issues calling us, we are aware the wait times have sometimes been high recently and are trying to take measures to rectify this.

In relation to the 10 day training period, this shouldn't cause drop outs this frequent, you may just see some fluctuations in speed so sounds like there is an issue somewhere.

With regards to cancellation fee this would be applicable if you are out of the 14 day cancellation period, as although you may have had issues with your service, you need to allow us reasonable time to investigate your issue and we would then refund back the downtime.
