Use another provider

First appointment my daughter had, they had no appointments to come to our home so she had to go to local garage and they had ordered wrong glass
Next appointment nobody turned up
Next appointment brought wrong glass again
Fourth appointment got it right
A month of driving around with no rear windscreen, whereas another company who did my husbands car got it right first time and fitted within days
