I ordered a bodywork product from them via amazon.
Never again, they sent a smaller size tin for the same price.
To return it was awful their communication was poor and disjointed.
To get the postage repaid was an extra pain with them. They are not fit to sell stuff.
Buy elsewhere.
Buyer beware.
Bought an air condenser which was described as new but was leaking gas when mechanic put in, have started a return but the company doesn’t reply to my messages regarding compensation for having to pay mechanic again to fit or whether they will send out another part to replace

The lightbulb works as expected, which I’m happy about. However, I was very concerned with how it arrived. The box containing the bulb was severely damaged and open on arrival, though thankfully, the product wasn’t broken. When I contacted the seller, they requested photos of the outer postage envelope rather than the damaged product packaging, which I had already provided. Better packaging and more practical customer service would improve the experience!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Wipers were not packaged at all meaning they were damaged in transit, photo of the damaged item being held by Postie along with tracking showing it was refused by me was sent to seller.
Seller could easily have sent out a replacement straight away, but decided to wait for the damaged item to arrive back before sending one, this meaning a wait of over a week for me.
Bad customer service by this seller, I was a returning customer, but will not return again now.
eBay had to issue a refund!

I purchased a Draper Extending wheel wrench kit (wrench plus 2double ended sockets and storage bag).
Item was delivered on time (within 48hours)and appears to be robust.
Very pleased with my purchase and happy to recommend Aceparts.

A catalogue of failures: failed to dispatch on time; failed to communicate this. Failed to respond to any communication for four days; failed to provide a tracking number until after delivery. Failed to apologise or accept any responsibility. Utter failure.
Don't use this company, happy to take transfers then questions your PayPal account details and doesn't send items even after providing correct information. Avoid this company at all costs.
Honest seller replaced item that was damaged by carrier.

I had been looking for a new washer bottle for my kit car, which like all kit cars is a totally Heinz 57 jumble of unknown parts. Every one of the washer bottles I saw meant I had to install a new mounting plate on the car bulkhead. Ace Parts washer bottle on Amazon only showed a front picture and as I was losing the will to live in my search I thought "the price is good and if the mount is wrong then so be it I'll have to modify the car". Imagine my surprise when the washer bottle arrived, early, with exactly the mount I had been looking for. Plus, its a good quality for the price. Well done.

In October I bought an electric tyre compressor, branded AA. This month it broke, giving completely wrong pressure readings. I contacted them and despite the fact it only had about 3 week’s warranty left, they are replacing it. Absolutely superb service, above and beyond normal.
