British Gas refused to pay out when a second plumber from another company correctly found and repaired the fault. I was paying £60 a month for homecare cover and cancelled it. Went on Go Compare and my policy is now £18 a month with homeserve. I suggest everyone leave British Gas due to extortionate prices and poor service.
