Featured on ITV News a few months ago.. that says it all!

These social landlords when you try to call them out on their shortcomings unprofessionalism and failing you as a tenant ....will have solicitors letters sent to you... sanction you ...and basically target you as a troublemaker instead of dealing with their internal failures.

This is why they were on ITV News a few months ago!
As a longstanding tenant of nearly 22 years being affected by ongoing antisocial behavior in a small masonette building of 9 flats and L&Q doing nothing about it even with evidence provided. And because they can't cope with the amount of antisocial behavior reports they are getting... they try to deflect from their responsibilities! So I am now taking up legal advice.

*** why would I contact you when your senior managers have told me I am sanctioned and who I can and cannot speak to! This is how they abuse their power when I hold them accountable with a litany of evidence I have. I get accused of being rude, harassing them... when none of them are taking into account their failures. untimeliness or the stress and distress this has and continues to cause me.
So I notice a lot of your responses to residents here on Trust pilot you seem to imply that we haven't been in contact with you... but when we are ...we get sanctioned or disciplined or ignored or whatever else. I have been repeating the same stuff to London and Quadrant for the whole of my tenancy and in regards to ongoing antisocial behaviour... years. I have no complaints from any residents in this building the only people that complain about me are the people that I hold accountable and the same ones I pay my rent to.

30 Dec- Funny how something else I've been repeating to them for years about a problematic resident and given them a load of evidence about, happened again yesterday and is still going on today!

**Have any of you fellow residents seen the money that these people get paid to fail us as tenants???.. do a search on Indeed and see how much these Snr people at L&Q get paid!**

Unprofessional admin who wasted my time

Engineer didn't even turn up in the booked date time frame he was supposed to but 15 mins later (when someone should have contacted me to ask is it still okay for him to turn up) just at the point I was about to head into the shower. I escalated this to my landlords L&Q who are absolutely pathetic, useless, barely fit for purpose hence why they were in ITV News a few months ago... they've done nothing to hold these people accountable for their unprofessionalism and I had to make the second appointment myself. The day after which, I got another reminder letter from these lot about 'final notice' when they're the ones who failed to turn up!

** you were ignoring my emails for WEEKS but all of a sudden because I shame you online you make contact with me! Get lost!

BP CEO recently sacked so this won't be…

BP CEO recently sacked so this won't be a surprise, they are rotten from the top.

This place facilitates illegal activity in the form of hiring illegal workers because I have witnessed the UK Home Office making arrests at the IG8 petrol station hand car wash so any of you using BP hand car washes who are paying U K taxes and N.I.... when the car wash workers only take and get paid cash in hand to avoid the taxman ..don't moan when this country goes more to... than it already is!

This is a -10 rating not one star

Redbridge council have knowingly allowed this across 14 years.

What are load of cr*p ..I'm a brand new…

What are load of cr*p ..I'm a brand new BT NOW broadband customer I haven't even gone live yet and I've had to raise a complaint about their professionalism.... I was told it would be resolved in 72 hours ...that deadline has been and gone I've wasted my time calling these people multiple times having to press option buttons... sit there waiting listen to their waffle responses.... being on hold again.. having calls drops after being on hold... what's an absolute joke ...use someone else!

YOU REPLY: I love how you make the assumptions that I'm on either of those social media platforms.. why should I waste any more of my time trying to communicate with you people as a new customer... I'll just shame you online instead.. I'll post every single chase and email publicly. So save your waffle responses for someone else!

Room for improvement

With the exception of my linked accounts directly to my Nectar (ebay/Argos)... I do everything I'm supposed to do as per their website instructions to get my purchase points and I constantly have to chase for my Expedia points, and they tell me the cookies failed to track the transaction. Well then find another way of tracking customer purchases Nectar!!

Woodford Green: I haven't ordered from this place in ages ....gave them another chance today and they go and screw my order up yet again ... they think they can charge for a £6 brownie with alleged free ice cream dessert but the brownie portion size is an absolute joke!!!
.... no ice cream delivered with my order... never again are they getting my money!!! When you call, you get attitude or rushed off the call. The delivery driver was Portuguese and didn't speak a word of English expecting to me to stand around with him fiddling on a translator on his phone!

Woodford Superstore: I go here to send my money and assist their massive profits... yet I have lost count of the amount of times there's been no trolleys at the entrance or baskets, so am expected to walk round to find one!!! Not all ailments are visible!! I go there to spend my money and often am provided with jack all to carry the items! Just a joke Tesco! I can't even be asked to deal with yr cust serv staff yet again just to hear "sorry .. we'll let the branch manager know!!" I'll shop elsewhere... yr shelves are a mess/not stocked....queues... and unhelpful/attitude staff.

Trustpilot can we please add a zero or minus scores to your options. 1-star is far too complementary for Metro Bank customer services... who had me running around from different departments.... on hold each time... for over an hour and a half.... just to close my bank account! And then I get a letter today telling me they are not upholding the complaint! Jokers!!

Shoddy passport photo quality that failed upload

I went here to get passport photo - the quality was not good enough to upload onto the .gov website. Had to go back and forth with their customers services on email to get a full refund. Hence, I don't don't recommend based on this experience.

Why MOT ALL cars when you cannot SERVICE them

This company on Chigwell Road, Essex... do not service any other models so what's the point in them doing MOTs for ALL models... like I had the experience recently which failed for something minor that they couldn't fix so then I had to go and have my car fixed and MOT'd again elsewhere. Nice little money maker for them!

** In regards to your response... you have basically repeated what I have said and my feedback still stands... why MOT cars that you cannot SERVICE so that they can clear the MOT! You should tell anyone without a Ford car that tries book an MOT that it's best to be booked elsewhere for reasons I have already made clear **

As a Ford Main Dealer we specialise in the repair and maintenance of Ford Vehicles, however when conducting MOT’s we can test all Class 4 vehicles in-line with DVSA guidelines. Whilst conducting these MOT’s, and at the time of test should a vehicle fail, this is due to following ministry guidelines and not any money making scheme. Should you feel the failure was unfair then you can appeal directly to the DVSA.

ABSOLUTELY CRAP/USELESS BOROUGH!!!

ABSOLUTELY CRAP/USELESS BOROUGH....FROM PLANNING TEAM, TO ANTI SOCIAL TEAM, TO THE USELESS MAYOR!!!

I live right next door to a BP hand car wash on Snakes Lane East, that is **unsupervised*** for the last 10 YEARS+...

they have breached national lockdown rules...

they have hired illegal workers...both of which I have evidence of I am not just speculating

and yet Redbridge borough allow this crap to go on for the last decade! The noise that this hand car wash causes... using two massive industrial sized hoovers, two high powered water jets.... in a RESIDENTIAL area as well as car doors slamming... music blaring ....customers shouting... the workers listening to crap on their phone on loudspeaker/snorting and spitting... as well as the workers shouting like football hooligans all day... everybday... practically all year ....

is an absolute joke!!!

Redbridge do not give a crap... BP do not give a crap because they say they only provide the fuel... and the K Fuel franchise manager (affiliated with Efficient Fuel as per BP)whose postcode on Companies House website, is no where near Redbridge ....is NEVER EVER present but yet Redbridge allow this crap to go on and on... even though I have sent them photographic and video evidence across years!

I've also sent Redbridge a video of mice on their property reflecting their nastiness and still I continue to be ignored even though I'm a Redbridge resident and a legal citizen in this country paying all of my taxes!!

** 30 Dec 2023 ... practically 2024 and STILL no one at this Council supervises these hand car wash people's Mon-Sun allllll day conduct!

Still happy to have car wash planning permission here that was granted over FOUR DECADES ago but no one supervises these people's conduct under residential homes! My 2 weeks off work where I'm a taxpayer unlike these lot ...ruined by them and I have 2 days off A YEAR... Christmas Day & New Year's Day from these never supervised car wash workers!!! LUCKY ME!

Improvements needed

This review is about co-op food delivery service. Given and charged for more plastic bags than needed as often all of my shopping order could fit into one (they also have customers first and last names on sticky labels attached to the plastic bags which you can't peel off without ripping it) I have fed this back and nothing has changed. Customer service respond very slowly and within their responses, aren't helpful. More and more delivery services are available now so I will not be using these lot again. Minimum charge and delivery cost take the biscuit when my local Co-Op is less than a mile away.

Avoid - very shoddy!

When I received the picture of the flowers my grandmother sent me, I could not believe what they'd delivered... what looked like half dead gas station flowers...nothing like the image when I chose the product and paid almost 80 British pounds to have it as shown and delivered. Customer services are currently involved but they don't seem to be very effective. This is my first time using his company... and it will be my last! I do not recommend.

** in regards to your response, if you had read the above properly you would have observed I'm already in contact with customer services but I'm not happy about how they are dealing with this, so I suggest you get it sorted ASAP **

Poor

Pretty much what a previous reviewer said - I wont be shopping with them again. Tried their delivery service twice (overpriced delivery charge that should be tailored to the distance you live), first order they used and charged me for x2 bags - all the shopping could have fit into one, so with the two of them they were mostly filled with air!

Also, they had my 1st and last name written on a sticker that they stick to the carrier bag that cant be removed.
They should find a way in this day an age of technology to make sure the items in baskets are available using real-time stock information. The one thing I really wanted and they didn't even produce a replacement half loaf bread - they didn't have! So I have to go out anyway.

Shark Anti Hair Wrap Vacuum

Fantastic customer service (not the case regarding Shark). 1st vacuum I got chipped on the 1st day and I barely connected with a surface (also they are hoovers and should be robust)... replacement was sent by AO, and stopped working after 1 day - I sent a few videos of it starting, then cutting out with flashing light on the control pads - and another one was sent to me (3rd) which as at few days in now, seems to work. Thanks again AO.

Inadequate, Incompetent, Inept

There really should be a 0 or - rating as some companies like this one, fit the bill.

1. They changed my account number (so payments via my set up transfer would have probably failed if I hadn't spotted myself) with no prior notice or mention/highlight on my produced bill.

2. One of their workers turned up unannounced dancing on my flat buzzer stating her needed entry to our building - he could have been anyone (we've had multiple attempted break ins in the past) and when I refused him entry as I wasn't expecting anyone from Thames Water, he continued to ring my buzzer speaking to me in a rude manner. At that point I told him if 'I have to come down there, he's going to get some colourful language!'

3. When I raised both 1 and 2 as a complaint - they advised my water meter seems to be missing hence the visit - I replied that they should have written to me about both so I was aware.

4. Lockdown put the re-visit on hold, now it's been eased I still await them to finish sorting.

5. They credited my account in line with the above 1-3, but yet when I called the number on the back of my bill the automated system continued to stated the full balance - so I contacted them again to be told the credit wasn't actually applied at the time, so they gave me another goodwill credit - the account call automated system still stated the incorrect balance - so once again I had to contact them.

Just a disorganised mess for a company!

Oh and every time they replied - there was a new reference on that email and they never replied using the former email contact trail, rather created a fresh new email. Hence why they confused themselves with follow up responses.

Face Mask - Rubbish quality - Waste of money!

In line with other reviews mentioning seeing face masks on This Morning feature... got my order today which is cheaply made and the filter is a load of crap as there is a visible space in between it so god knows how that's supposed to provide any type of protection. I could have made a better quality face mask from an old t-shirt or sock. Waste of my money. First and last order from this place and obviously I do not recommend - item is binned and I don't see why I should inconvenience myself to head out to post back when they knew it was crap before sending to me as per all the online complaints I've seen since getting my order. I made the wrong assumption that because This Morning mentioned, it would have been of decent quality.

No wonder they don't have any reviews on their website, and only one product image of which you can't zoom into... handy for them to mask the shoddyness and bad quality.

I initially only went on this website to buy the face mask as per Lisa Snowdon on This Morning mentioned it. However having a further nose since then at its main clothing products, I should have known better... it comes across very superficial, non diverse with all the female models (one especially used over and over) having that contoured make up, open mouthed pout fake look, no plus sizes, or models of colour. I bet they have people working for a minimum wage in sweatshops or buy from such places, to churn out their stock.

** 1st June update **
After initially being told they will not issue a full refund (as per Georgina) without the item being returned as if they did so for all, they'd be out of pocket and I bet they intended to repackage and sell the crap and faulty product. After my first post above on here, I raised a Resolver complaint and then referred the matter to Trading Standards when she replied refusing the refund. Then I got an email from Sarah who issued a '20% next order' discount - Ha! Like they are getting any more of my money! - which I reminded them and refused it.

Shortly after, I got a message from the same lady on my Resolver complaint asking me to confirm the order number which was already clearly shown, and I replied with the same content as I did to her email demanding a full refund. She then messaged me back again both by email and Resolver to let me know she had issued the full refund contrary to what Georgina initially said!

I hope they have learnt their lesson about quality checking their products before selling but tbh I don't think they care, they are just chancers. I don't appreciate having my time wasted and attempting to be ripped off.

I bet they don't want me to share on this review that I binned the product the same day I got it and still got a full refund including postage because they don't seem to be applying that to everyone. Know your rights as a consumer and stand up to these type of opportunist sellers.

"Contact Us" - not helpful/accessible

I'm thinking about signing up and want to ask some questions before I do... the web chat function does not work... I've just tried calling and there is no option to speak to someone if you are not already a customer... when I called back and chose the option that I am already a customer, the call wait time is 10 minutes. Doesn't fill me with confidence to join, nor am I able to get answers to my queries (none of which addressed in the FAQ section).

Observation: When I type my postcode in to check if they cover my area, a female's name appears and is referenced in the 'About' section as "she"... but is called a milkMAN.
