Does the male tenant in flat 5 under me know what the female who he moved into his home and now has a baby with that I have to listen crying every day from within my home ...does he know what her conduct is here when he goes out and does she know what his tenancy agreement entails?
And this is why I keep putting posts on here because of what you continue to allow London and Quadrant.
I made my Virgin internet order on 11 Aug (order ref: CH2075225025)
The installation engineer has just turned up here at my home 06 September, he has spent just over 30 mins here looking for the cables that the 2 previous Virgin men who turned up here a few weeks ago was supposed to have installed and then ....confirmed to me they can't set up my internet because it's not possible in this building!!!!!!
So why did I get a text message dated 23 Aug informing me that everything was done in preparation for my installation today?
Now I have to move speedily to find a new internet service provider within one week's time or I'm forced to pay the increased price from my existing provider!
THANKS VIRGIN....YOU INCOMPETENT BUNCH OF...
And the direct debit you were quick to set up... has been cancelled! It's a good thing I didn't even bother to waste my time setting up my customer account!!!!
Any chance you had of retaining me as a customer or let alone me being a future one ....has just gone down the drain.... I don't appreciate having my time wasted!

And the recent correspondence regarding ongoing matters of inconsideration and historic 'residents getting away with it'....proves why so many of us, turn to social media!
For some reason I'm still expected to listen to every footstep from the woman in flat 5 beneath me, the partner of the resident ...on top of their newborn baby crying... which will increase over time and replace their late night noise antics! So I can look forward to hearing a small child running around their home in this building of one bedroom flats... in the years to come.
2-wks after I had a major operation I was forced to sleep in my living room because of their late night noise and in the last week I was woken up out of my sleep gone 1:20a.m. by her having a loud conversation, with her phone on loudspeaker at the top volume.
They think they are the only ones occupying this building, they should be put to live in a building on their own away from everyone else. No one hears me walking around my home and I don't have the ability to levitate. I don't slam doors, have late night guests or keep late night noise ...but still I have to tolerate it from them.
At 2:25p.m. today check your cameras and see him leave his flat ... how do I know this from my home that doesn't face the front of this building so I can't see who enters/leaves.... is because I can hear him slamming doors exiting. His partner and baby are still here because I can hear her walking around and the child crying.
Check your CCTV around noon today you will see the resident at flat 5 smoking outside this building because he's no longer doing so in his home... as there's a newborn baby that I now have to listen crying, on top of his existing noise!
So evidently I'll have more sleepless nights to come, just like I had with his late night antisocial behaviour across MONTHS which had to be reported to the local council and police.
18 Aug.. 1:20 am and I have just been woken up by the female voice in flat 5 talking loudly to someone on her mobile phone in a foreign language ...on loudspeaker ..and that's on top of her heavy footsteps from room to room and clanging around in the kitchen!! NO REGARD FOR THE REST OF US LIVING HERE.. AGAIN!
Wonderful... fantastic.. great now I have to listen to a newborn baby screaming from flat 5 on top of everything else that I've had to endure since day-1 he moved in!
I would have loved to have had a child/children but I live in a 1-bedroom flat ...just like all the other 8 residents.
Another late night you expect me and others to listen to the male resident of flat 5 socialising in his bedroom - under mine - with the pregnant American woman who talks loudly by default and walks across his floors so I hear every step. This is after them clanging dishes around at 11:20p.m. from his kitchen, also heard from my bedroom.
Thanks L&Q, just what I need on top of perimenopause symptoms and having work in the morning to pay you my rent! And that's on top of everything you've allowed him to get away with historically FOR YEARS. Thanks!
Why don't you put a sound recording right by his door and inform him as such...and you only have cameras at the ground floor level, put one on the 1st floor also and charge it to him alone.
And when another flat becomes available, move me away from him and his ongoing selfish inconsideration! Just like you did for the resident now living at flat 6 - was 4.
It's 3:20 in the morning and the male at flat number 5 is socialising with people loudly at this hour in his home under mine...... this is what he still does because you don't do anything about his conduct!!!

11:45p.m. on a Sunday night and we're having to listen to rowdy behavior coming from the male tenant at flat 5 and his guests ...again... what's new!
As usual socialising in his bedroom, under mine. I have a job to wake up to tomorrow ..it's how I pay you my rent L&Q.
So thanks for your lack of support which is why I continuously put these posts on here and why he carries on with his behavior knowing he can get away with it.
12a.m. his smoke alarm goes off ....which is the reason why I told you they socialises in his bedroom ..because that's where they smoke.
The very next night .... 10:48p.m. check yr cams and see who came into flat 5 again... slamming doors ...talking loudly/shouting ...walking across this hard floors heavily/stomping...with no regard for anyone else living here ...as usual!
Just like you should have done when you had contracted scaffolders turn up outside our building on a Saturday morning with 0 notice to us residents... instead of your contractors ringing my buzzer today asking me if I know who owns what vehicles in our car park because they are trying to trim hedges you should have written to us local residents ahead notifying. I'm not quite sure where we would be expected to move our vehicles to anyhow because Redbridge Council have put parking restrictions on our road so you need a permit to park there.

I was kept up today prior to delivery via multiple text/email messages.. on the day as advised, they called before arriving.
x2 males, polite, friendly, carried my exercise bike up 2 flights of stairs and placed it down with care just within my doorway. Flawless process, and delivery, highly recommended.
And residents or their guests/regular visitors continue to leave Lawrence Court main front door unlocked via the latch.
I suppose you're going to send another letter out because that's been really effective... instead of checking the CCTV cam footage that you are charging us fees for... weekly... to see who the culprit(s) is/are.
Like I've repeated endlessly across years... I will sue you should I have my home broken into. I have already sought legal council and I retain evidence of me telling you over and over and over.
Worst airline ever.... have wasted pretty much a whole day of my brother's time when he tried to book a flight using his loyalty acct and then debited 2 amounts from my credit card so now they're under investigation ... they deny they debited the amount twice but yet my credit card company confirms there are 2 authorisation codes which means they processed 2 separate transactions... they are liars and incompetent ....do not book with this company. Thieves!

I've already informed our local council who tells me you are responsible for who lives here and how, I've been repeating myself to you for years in private via emails and when I've sent you evidence of them doing it via date and time logs for you to check against the cameras you're charging us for weekly ...you don't do anything with it... so why should I have equipment installed in my home... for you to then tell me it's not noisy enough to be a nuisance (and how does that noise equipment differentiate between my noise such as doing housework at reasonable hours or other people such as deliveries intermittently making the odd noise vs his ongoing noise - or are you expecting me to up and down turning it on and off) but yet he/they prevent me from going to sleep peacefully most nights.
Buy him some carpet and install it and then charge it to his rent account, buy him some slippers and by him some padding for the doors that he/they like to slam throughout his home and this building.
I don't need you to tell me people are allowed to have guests in their home but there should be an appropriate time and conduct of decent/considerate behaviour.

Whilst we appreciate the noise is disturbing and causing some distress, sadly we're unable to prevent your neighbours from having visitors. However, if the level of disturbance is excessive and it's continuing to happen, we do advise you to report the matter to the noise team at your local council.
We also recommend you continue reporting your concerns and provide evidence to our Area Housing Manager who we understand previously contacted yourself regarding this matter. Unfortunately, we're unable to pursue this matter here for you, and it's very important your evidence and concerns are reported as mentioned above.
We can also consider noise equipment to be installed in your home, which’ll help you to provide evidence and for us to measure the noise levels you’re experiencing. If this is something you would like us to do, please do let our Area Housing Manager know who’ll be more than happy to provide further details to you.
And Lawrence Court main front door continues to be left on the latch.... if you actually check your CCTV cameras that you are charging us weekly fees for ...if you ever listened to anything that I've said to you historically and ongoing ...you would find out who the culprit is.
So that's how effective your recent letter is ....totally being ignored. As per usual.
And late last night was ANOTHER night that I had to listen to the male resident socialising in his bedroom which is underneath mine while trying to sleep. And prior to that was the usual of heavy footsteps across his floor which I seem to be expected to have to listen to In my home - so they might as well be in my home and doors slamming. No regard for others living here... still.
05 June... another night I'm expected to listen to the woman he lets into his home... check your cameras 8:50 approx this eve to see her entry...walk across his floor with her elephant footsteps, while I'm trying to relax in my home and still he does not listen to me walk across my floors from within his home and I'll probably go to my bed again tonight listening to him socialising with her in his bedroom while I'm trying to sleep in mine.
So while he and his guests continue to show no consideration to me and others living here when he is in a flat with peoples homes above, under and next door to him, so will these complaints continue. I live here with respect and consideration for other people which is why in over 22 years I don't have any upheld complaints against me and I'm still waiting for the same from this man that you allowed to move in here nearly a decade ago.
