Discoloured bath tub with some kind of tacky substance - ruined my bikini bottoms when I washed them while taking a shower... looks like they painted it / stains on curtains (no net one under heavy one so you can open to let daylight in and still have privacy getting dressed etc) / TV was not even connected to aerial and when sorted the only English channels were News ones / tea/coffee station in room not positioned near a plug - so needed moving / fridge was not plugged in - had to shift the whole unit forward to plug in / and if you want to hear British accents all around you namely northern... you'll love it / food... meh! barely edible...bland / loud music/cheering/entertainment till late hours (09:30-11p.m.) from entertainment area, EVERY NIGHT and our room was right opposite.

No tissues, shower cap, hair conditioner, body lotion in the bathroom.

No air con on in rooms until 01 June... NEITHER this or late night / every night entertainment (questionable) mentioned, when we booked.

I don't know who it was that thought it was ok to categorise this place as 4*... but it's not. I am a seasoned traveller.

Will not be going back...hell-to-the-no!

Another night ....late ...with loud thuds... shouting ...loud voices coming from flat 5 and their baby crying....so the rest of us who have jobs to wake up to, to pay you our rent.... have to overhear it while we're trying to sleep. Thanks L&Q!

I don't want to hear the American female that the male resident and tenancy holder in 5 flat... decided to move into his home well over a year ago ....heavy footsteps shaking my walls. I also don't want to hear their babies noise or their discussions underneath my bedroom every night. They need to keep their noise away from mine and others bedrooms.

I remind you I have a job to wake up to... that's how I pay you lot my rent!

His decision to move her into his home and their decision to have a baby that we all have to listen to and even more in the developmental years she is about to go through ...has gone nothing to do with the rest of us in this building of one bedroom flats.

Still ongoing late night noise from the bedroom underneath mine while I'm trying to sleep and wake up for my job the next day which is how I pay you lot my rent and this morning I'm having to listen to the female that now lives with the male resident at number 5 who left the building earlier this morning of which your cameras will confirm him getting into his black Ford hatchback car
...stomping around so he has no idea what she's even doing in his home when he's not there as the tenancy holder and me having to listen to their 6-mth old baby crying.

Lawrence Court is a building of one bedroom flats and someone should be making arrangements for them to move somewhere more appropriate ...with their child. Because when she starts teething ..walking and running around and the rest... we will all be impacted by that daily as well.

They don't listen to me who lives above them stomping around or the person underneath them who uses a walking stick and can't.... so why should we have to listen to her doing it daily. Shaking my walls!

First time visiting here and meeting my younger brother and sister dropped off by my dad for brunch ...food was nice ruined by a parking fine for my dad waiting for a few minutes that the staff assured me if he received a fine they would make sure it's cancelled... they have not. So they can expect to never see my/our money ever again.

12:15a.m. and I've just been woken about my sleep by the woman who now lives at flat 5 under me coming into this building...loud mouth, doors banging and her concrete footsteps across the the male tenants hard flooring! Great! And I have work to wake up to in the morning and this is not the first time!

Check your cameras at 10:45p.m.approx and see the woman coming into this building again and into flat 5 because I'm listening to her mouth underneath my bedroom socializing again while I need to try and sleep to wake up for my job tomorrow that they obviously have nothing to wake up for... and happily continue to cause a disturbance in this building late at night when the rest of us are trying to sleep. It's gone 11:30p.m. now and I CANT SLEEP. So as usual the male resident who is the tenant of that flat is letting this woman into his home to cause disturbances.

Yet another night I had to go to bed last night listening to the male resident at flat 5 beneath me socialising in his bedroom ....he might not have a job to wake up to but me and the person living next door to him in flat 4... does!

Another instance where you can check your cameras to see who came in this building late last night associated with the man in flat 5 slamming doors and why I'm listening to their concrete footsteps bounding around underneath my home again shaking my walls... further demonstrating their inconsideration to others living here. I pay you rent to live here .. does she?

Since you still expect me to listen those in flat 5 walk across hard floors with her concrete feet so I hear every single one of their footsteps shaking my home.... have another one of these posts!

They don't have to listen to me walking from point A to point B in my home and slamming doors so I don't want to hear it from them.

I told you previously the male resident who is the tenancy holder leaves that woman unattended in his home check your cameras from not long ago 2:45 approx today to see him parking up his black hatchback Ford car and entering the building proving she has been left unattended. So he has no idea how she has been conducting herself while he has been out ....in the home that HE's the tenancy holder off.

Since you still expect me to listen to EVERY concrete footstep of the people in flat 5 beneath me every day when I don't do it to them ....have another one of these posts.

Most of the cracks I have with in my home that I'll be calling on you to repair are from them shaking and vibrating my home with their excessive inconsiderate noise.

Slamming doors ....bounding across their HARD floors...no consideration to others living in this building who surround flat 5 above underneath and next door.

They can afford to bring a child into this world and into this building of one bedroom flats but they still can't afford to buy any slippers or carpet but he's got money to buy cigarettes though!

This woman who the male resident has moved into his home underneath me at flat 5 who was away for a short period is now back on the scene and seems to expect me to listen to her open/close every door ...every single heavy footstep she makes and clanging dishes around the kitchen at stupid'o'clock.... she might as well be living in my home!

Is she the legal tenant in that flat or him?

And this is on top of me having to go to my bed last night, a Monday evening where I have a job to wake up to presumably unlike him ....with him socialising with his friends in his bedroom underneath mine last night. Again and as previously reported.

Zero respect or consideration for others living here, as usual and as you allow them to get away with.

Check your cameras and she her entry earlier. Light skinned complexion female of colour, walking up to the first floor where he lives and American accent. Practically everything that comes out of her loud volume mouth I can hear also, that's why I know her non U.K accent.

The next day.... the woman who now lives in this flat underneath me and her concrete footsteps still heard in my home and her baby crying. Never mind every door she goes in and out of I have to hear that too!

I'm in my bedroom trying to sleep and have to listen to the male resident in flat 5... in his bedroom ...underneath mine... socialising with his friends.... obviously he still doesn't have a job to wake up to unlike the rest of us who can hear them!

There's a smoke alarm in his living room and that's why they congregate in his bedroom with no consideration for the rest of us hearing their big mouths and heavy footsteps and I've reported this to you in the past and here I am repeating the same thing and October 2024.

Check your cameras and you will see the same people leaving here late hours ...are the same ones who came in this building a few hours ago.

Over a year later and me reporting it numerous times ....we still have no lighting in our main large car park or right outside our main front door but yet we are being charged in our weekly service fees for communal electricity. Nevermind the fact it compromises my safety.

And I'm still listening to the people in flat 5 beneath me... walk across their floor so heavily that it shakes my walls. So when I call you out at cost to you to repair the cracks in my home.... that's your business.

Another day I'm expected to live in my home and give others who live here particularly the ones underneath me at flat 5 consideration that I don't get back while their heavy footsteps and door closures are shaking my home ...it's no wonder it's riddled with cracks!

And when the male resident goes out and leaves the women he moved in, in his home..he obviously doesn't know what her conduct is.

Less than a year ago he was letting people into his home to socialise at 12, 1, 2 in the morning even on weekdays with rowdy behavior, cannabis smell, furniture being dragged, door slamming, loud thuds and voices in the dead of the night then came the newborn baby and this woman moving in.... it's a total joke in our small building of one bedroom flats. I gave London and Quadrant non-stop date and time logs .... and they let it continue affecting my sleep and focus to do my day job for months on end.

And that is why I went into detail with the recent request for my feedback and I will continue making everything public via here and social media.

Per my RECENT emails to you, you have yet to reply to and below EVIDENCE from Evri that the parcel was NOT delivered to me or the building of my address AS I WAS TELLING YOU FROM DAY-1 OASIS - refund me immediately.

As Debenhams MP purchased the shipping label from us and you purchased your item from them, they are our customer and you are theirs. They also have access to delivery tracking and can view that delivery incorrectly, they will then explain the options available to you to ensure your concerns are addressed and resolved.

Your scripted response that you expect residents to sign off on ....does not include the scenario that is going on with what Evri did with my parcel. So let's see what Trading Standards think about your refusal to take that into account Oasis.

Disgusting and unprofessional customer service.

And they use courier companies who deliver parcels to the entirely wrong address/buildings... so I've paid for a product and haven't received it.

They insist on sending me stupid emails asking any if I've gone around and asked the neighbours in my building if they took the parcel in when the evidence from the courier company via the uploaded picture as proof of delivery... wasn't even in my building so why am I going around and asking my neighbors if they took it in!?

But you keep my money Oasis because you'll never be seeing another penny of it!

Rushed home from work to be here in time for my delivery schedule between 5-6pm only for me to get an email saying that my parcel has been delivered 5:57 p.m....and the uploaded picture of where it's been left ...isn't even where I live!

Well done Evri... and I've reached out to Oasis customer services to tell them never to use you again.

What do you mean "understand what went wrong"... they didn't deliver it to the correct address!

It's good to know that it's being made public.... NATIONWIDE....that you are a disgrace.... pretty much what I've been saying for years!

How you have treated that vulnerable resident is disgusting... but I'm not surprised.
