Terrible service

Terrible service, over charged. Check your bill before leaving. Waited over an hour for food which was mediocre and no mushrooms or pees. Offered extra tomatoes even though we said leave off tomatoes. We will never go there again

Yodel not only managed to lose my…

Yodel not only managed to lose my parcel and cost me the delivery charge and the price of the goods, but about 4 hours in wasted time that i`ll never get back. The customer service or should I say lack of is horrendous. I will NEVER use this company for anything ever again. When you try to claim they fob you off. When you go on live chat your put through to india eventually, I waited half hour twice only to be timed out then another hour when someone finally answered saying there is nothing they can do contact ebay... ridiculous. stay well away pay the extra quid on another delivery service.

Stowe Family Law Manchester Honest Review

Bethan from the Manchester office should be highlighted before I write anything else. I have just yesterday 5th Nov 2024, finished the divorce settlement which has gone on for over a year and been absolutely horrendous due to the obstructive and narcissistic tendencies of my former wife. I will not go into details of the obstructive nature and blocks that have been put in the way through this entire case from the other side, but instead highlight the understanding, professionalism and honest nature of Bethan who handled the case perfectly giving realistic and experienced advice which even though sometimes I did not want too due to my emotional state at times, followed to the letter. This led to this finally ending in a result although not exactly what I wanted, was a lot better than it could have been had I used a less experienced firm. I am content with the outcome and can finally move on with my life anew with enough from the result that Bethan, Lydia and my Barrister Harry (who I took on at the advice of Bethan) got for me. Harry (barrister) was worth every single penny I paid and was another great piece of advice from Bethan which I would not have done left to my own devices. Divorce can and has been for me very traumatic at times, but with this firm on your side things are more bearable if you follow the advice and let them do there work. All that said you are paying for professionals and will pay professional money so expect to pay around 30k by the end of it all and money up front as the bills are due each month, to enable them to keep on working. I very nearly chose a cheaper firm due to this fact. I am so glad now I am at the end that I did not go for the cheaper option. My ex did and lost more than she wanted. If you look at this figure and have enough equity in your own situation I cannot emphasise enough, look at the price as an investment and do not go with the cheaper option if you can afford it. Thank you for all your hard work Bethan, Lydia and Harry and for bearing with my ups and downs of emotional stress at times. 5 Stars all the way.

Aviva con merchants

They took £980 off my credit card saying i had clicked auto renew on credit card last year. I never auto renew. Impossible to get them on phone so had a very very rude keyboard warrior telling me i had not read it correctly. I asked him to cancel my policy then he got ruder & told me he would charge me then started typing in caps. Churchill quoted 400 quid cheaper. Aviva are clearly scammers & con merchants. Disgusting.

Terrible service. Paid for and send a time sensitive letter via next day guaranteed delivery by 1pm. That was 11th august. It is now 18th august & it still has not been delivered. Customer services are less than useless with a dont care attitude. Send your time sensitive via ups it may cost a tad more but will actually get there unlike the not so great british mail.NE124552831GB

Don`t waste your time

They sent a letter saying they noticed our house had not sold yet & they could do better, After call with aaron was happy for them to come & talk about it. made an appointment after choosing a date from aarons email. no reply to email. They 1 belled my phone on the appoinment day (presumably so they could show thier boss a call was logged). I rang back immediatley & ws hung up on, I rang back 2 more times call not answered. waste of time from the start. I`ll stick with my current estate agent to sell my house

Terrible service

Picked up 5 days ago & still not delivered. Chose hermes option who promptly lied saying they had collected the parcel. After a call to interparcel hermes collected next day. 5 days later my grand children still have not received there present. I'm sure interparcel are professional just don't use hermes through their site or any other. Less than poor service!!!

Corporate greedy thieves with no honour

Bought quite a few £50 vouchers from Shell to give to my customers and staff as rewards for loyalty and hard work. I had one voucher returned to me from a customer saying that the voucher was out of date. (this in in very small print on the back of the voucher). I gave my customer the cash for the voucher instead. I later found that I had 10 left from the bulk I purchased that had ran out of date. I contacted customer service several times to request updated vouchers in replacement to get a generic email from a person called elle from shellgo+ asking for photos of the front and back of the vouchers. I sent these over several times only for her to keep on sending requests for the photo`s ( even replying to my email twice with the images attached) requesting for the images. After much to and frowing and me having to send fresh emails to get a reply and offering to send my out of date 10 vouchers for £50.00 back. She then sent another email asking where I purchased the vouchers. Why oh Why could this not be as simple as abc 123 in one message!!!how difficult can it be to say please attach images and place of purchase. It is very clear that Shell have no intention of replaceing the vouchers purchased ans I can only summise this is down to either a failing company or corporate greed. I will never purchase any vouchers or fuel from shell ever again and will be advising all my customers, staff and friends against using shell. I have now started purchasing vouchers as rewards from my local supermarkets to issue instead. Be warned, check the expiry dates on the small print if you have any any don`t think you will get replacements if they run out... extremely dissappointed and an expensive lesson for me and my company.

Avoid at all costs. very few decent stores accepting these cards. £500 to spend on useless stuff and on a timer before they steal your money. Get the cash in a greetings card instead, cash doesn`t expire and you can actually spend it on stuff you want unllike these wasters.

Bringing poor standards to a new low! Aftre spending 3 minutes on the phone to the robot got through to Diane who clearly did not want to work there. very rude and abrupt. All I wanted to do was ask if I could spend the All4one vouchers that was bought for me at Tesco (£500 worth) to be told abruptly with a sarcastic `sir` NO. why will tesco not accept a gift card that they sell. I spend a lot of money a year with tesco. Personally probably wont make a dent in tesco but I shall be taking my money to asda or morrisons in future.
